Casa dei Parchi

Pros: The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need. Proper kitchen, even though we haven't actually cooked in it, it had all appliances, so suitable for longer stays. Spacious bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, bedroom is also spacious with comfy bed. Small balcony off the bedroom is a bonus. The powerful aircon was very welcome in the early July heatwave. There's also a good collection of maps and local attractions brochures.and leaflets. Under 5 minutes walk to metro and direct bus no85 to city center. The host is very friendly and welcoming, speaks limited English, but we mostly spoke on WhatsApp anyway which was absolutely fine. .

Cons: Nothing really, but if I had to nitpick the neighborhood streets aren't the cleanest and we could smell the communal bins walking to and from the metro and bus, but this might have been due to the extremely hot weather at the time of our stay.

Exceptional Host & Property

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The host was exceptionally professional and kind. When I lost an my documents, they provided invaluable support - contacting trenitalia, advising me on next steps, and following up diligently. Their responsiveness and genuine care were truly impressive. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with every possible amenity. The attention to detail in the furnishings and small touches was remarkable - far superior to most rentals I've experienced.

Cons: During our stay, I noticed two very minor things: there was a temporary WiFi outage (which the host tried to resolve), and a faint new-paint smell. These were small matters in what was otherwise a flawless experience.

Cons: ΔΕΝ ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΑΜΕ ΚΑΤΙ ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΟ ΠΟΥ ΧΡΙΖΕΙ ΣΗΜΑΣΙΑΣ

Pros: Odličan smeštaj. Dobra povezanost sa aerodromom, centrom kao i sa Vatikanom. Odlična lokacija. Mirno mesto. Terasa gleda na zonu bez kola, a drugi prozori na dvoriste i okolne zgrade. Modern i dobro opremljen prostor. Sve pohvale za komunikaciju i pomoć.

Super séjour à Rome dans ce joli appartement

Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal. À 3 min du métro qui rejoint le centre en 5/6 arrêts et des supermarchés. L’appartement est cosy et propre!

Cons: Les alentours un peu sale des rues, ainsi que les équipements de la cuisine bien pour 3/4 jours mais qui manque un peu de matériels.

Un apartamento precioso y completo

Pros: El apartamento es precioso y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Cons: La cama no es especialmente cómoda

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber - Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich vor Ort. Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Metrostation entfernt. Supermarkt war ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons: Wir hatten nur einen negativen Punkt, der uns aber etwas mehr gestört hat. Es war sehr hellhörig durch Fernseher und Gespräche der Nachbarn, teilweise bis nach Mitternacht

Miejsce idealne!

Pros: Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - obok świetnie zaopatrzony supermarket, bary, w których można zjeść śniadania, restauracje. 3 minuty do metra czy przystanku autobusowego, dzięki czemu można szybko dotrzeć do głównych atrakcji Rzymu. Apartament piękny, przestronny, czysty, niesamowicie wygodny. Bardzo świeże wnętrze. W obu pokojach jest klimatyzacja. Mieszkanie jest na 4 piętrze, w budynku jest winda. Właściciele przyjaźni, pomocni. Będę polecała to miejsce, a jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś przyjadę do Rzymu, będzie to mój pierwszy wybór!

Una estancia muy agradable

Pros: Nos hemos alojado 5 días en este piso en Roma y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con el metro y la estación de tren justo al lado, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por la ciudad. El barrio es tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando Roma. El piso es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, perfecto para una estancia corta o larga. Nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, Andrea, el anfitrión, ha sido muy amable y atento con nosotros. Repetiríamos sin duda. Muy recomendable!

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli, luminoso, fornito di tutti i comfort necessari; tutto questo rende la casa molto accogliente e ci si sente a casa, senza tralasciare la calda accoglienza dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. Zona fornita di tutti i servizi, vicina a metro e stazione tuscolana. Consigliatissimo!
