Great stay

Pros: The host was very friendly and informative. Good location, relatively easy to find. Super clean

Cons: The lift was a bit of a faff. Really small and slow but not really an issue

Pros: The beds are very confortable. Everything was clean. The location is perfect, near the train station.

Cons: There wasn't shampoo in shower. It would be nicer if it has. That's my only camplain.

Just great, exceptional customer service.

Pros: It felt like an actual hotel. The staff had that care factor. They cared and looked after the littlest thing….. straight away. I would recommend them to all travellers and I will put on my Vlog about them.

Pros: nice stuff, great location, close to everything. the only thing is location in google maps is a little bit confusing, also they have a few buildings but the main location is hostel roma.

Pros: The location is good. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Cons: The reception is a little bit hard to find.

Pros: It was really good that we got 2 separate rooms for our family, and that there were no guests in the bedroom next to us, so we could have the kitchen and bathroom for ourselves, as we were placed into a different place on arrival. Heating worked really well.

Cons: Originally the host told me that we can drop off our luggage in the morning, but less than 24 hours before arrival we were informed that it is not possible, staircase leading to the apartment was creepy, no lift, 3rd floor. walls were bare and a little dirty next to the beds.
