La terrazza di Baccio - Baccio's Terrace

We are currently booking this accommodation again for next year.

Pros: Accommodation: very spacious, plenty of room for the whole family, large sofa area, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. Roof terrace with sofa area, large dining table, and gas grill with full gas cylinder. Washing machine, espresso maker, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The furnishings are a bit older, but everything is clean and meets all requirements. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard of the building, driveway monitored by video surveillance. The building has an elevator. All windows are equipped with shutters for sun protection. Direct connection to public transportation, supermarket, restaurants, and cafés around the corner. The contact person had a quick solution for all questions and concerns, sometimes with video instructions.

Cons: A note indicating that the apartment door is located to the left of the elevator would have prevented the attempt to open the neighbor's apartment. :) Unfortunately, the whirlpool tub was broken, but this was also noted in the booking.
