Pros: It's a cosy apartment with everything you need for a great stay. The owner is very friendly and showed us how to use everything right away. Yes, the apartment is slightly damp, but a dehumidifier handles it perfectly, so there were no issues with humidity. The location is excellent, with a nearby stop for trams №3 and №8, which go to the city centre. It was very convenient to get to the historic centre of the city.

I would happily come again
Pros: Perfect location. The bus stop is literally in front of the building and it will take you to the centre and across the road there is a grocery store. Like five minutes is a train station where you can get directly to the airport. Also there are many restaurants around the area. Very good communication with the host, was very helpful and responsive every time we needed something.

Modern apartment handy to transport. Great for a weeks stay in Rome
Pros: Modern and well equipped. Had a dishwasher and a washing machine. Good shower. Netflix app set up on the TV. Good location with the tram stop right outside, supermarket across the road and train station a short walk away.
Cons: Since it’s a basement it didn’t have much natural light. You will also want to use the provided dehumidifier a lot.

Pros: L'alloggio è molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno eventualmente medio-lungo. L'impianto di illuminazione è molto efficiente e compensa la carenza di luce naturale derivante dalla collocazione dell'alloggio. Il meccanismo di apertura e di chiusura delle finestre è elettrico. La camera da letto è dotata di un impianto di ventilazione meccanica controllata. Nell'ambiente del soggiorno/cucina c'è un deumidificatore che fa bene il suo lavoro. Gli spazi sono ampi. Ottima comunicazione con Valerio, che ha dato da subito la sua disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza e ha offerto da subito tutte le indicazioni necessarie.

Pros: la ubicación, el precio y el trato del dueño son muy buenos.
Cons: la habitación tiene poca ventilación, esta humeda y huele mal, la ducha no tiene un buen desagüe, si puedes vivir con esto, el alojamiento es muy bueno.

Nem kokusundan rahatsız olmam derseniz gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz.
Pros: Tam önünde otobüs tramvay durağının olması çok büyük rahatlık, havaalanından gelen tren sonrasında ise 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş yeterli oldu.Ailecek konakladık, sahibi yardımsever ve ilgiliydi.
Cons: -1. Katta olmasını bilerek sadece yatmaya gideceğiz diye düşünerek çok önemsemeden kiralamıştık, odada nem alıcı makina vs düşünülmüştü, sürekli çalıştı ancak nem kokusu ve gün ışığı alamamak bizi rahatsız etti.

Pros: El departamento es más bonito que en las fotos. Super cómodo y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Cocina Super completa cama comodisima y ducha genial! La zona es muy bonita, bien conectada en tren y bus y super tranquila Valerio es un gran Anfitrión! Estuvo siempre atento y disponible. Hasta nos dejo chocolate y cafecito para nuestra estancia 👌🇮🇹 Super recomiendo!

Nice place to rest your head
Pros: The location was nice, close to restaurants, cafes, the grocery store, and transportation routes. The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable. We felt very much at home with all of the kitchen essentials. It was fun to visit the outdoor market and vendors on Sunday which was right across the street. The property owner was very receptive and responsive to all questions.
Cons: No fault to the apartment, but you could not see out the small basement windows to tell what it was like outside (e.g. sunny, rainy, etc.). It would be nice to be able to close the windows as it was a little chilly during those rainy days. Also, extra pillows would have been a bonus for the pull-out couch in the event someone was going to sleep there.
