Luxury Apartment Via Veneto

Pros: This is a lovely apartment in the center of Rome, close to Villa Borghese and the Termini train station. It has everything we needed, including heating. The apartment is clean and cozy. One thing that was unclear to me was how to get into the building. We had to ring a neighbor’s doorbell to get in because the entrance lock is located inside, near the apartment door. Communication with the hosts was great, and they responded quickly. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Pros: Apartment same as photo . Walk about 15-20 mins to Spagna metro station and city center and walk about 6 min to bus station

Cons: Not allow to store luggage early before check in time

Wonderful refuge from Rome heat

Pros: After staying in several apartments around Italy, it was wonderful to have a lift, a clothes dryer, very effective air-con and two bathrooms that both had overhead showers (instead of a bath only in one). All rare! We also appreciated the choice of pillow height.

Cons: Minor issue - needs some cooking utensils. We struggled to cook with some salad servers :-)

Pros: Quiet area, very clean and modern appartment with all the necessary appliances

Cons: Some small points of attention. One of the bathroom doors can not be locked. The water of the toilets sometimes keeps on running.

Amazing for groups!

Pros: Absolutely loved this place. Exceeded our expectations. Wish we could stay longer! 10/10 recommend. Fully functioning kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one of 2 and another of 3) and a pull out sofa double bed.

Great trip to Roma

Pros: that’s a lovely appartement, well situated, close to the inner center and borghese villa parc. The owners are really kind. we spent 5 magnificent days in this place, with many good restaurants all around.

Excelente apartamento e anfitriã atenciosa!

Pros: O apartamento é espaçoso e limpo. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e resolveu rapidamente um pequeno problema que tivemos com as chaves. Dispõe de elevador, o que ajuda muito. Possui ótimo conforto térmico, não sentimos frio no interior no apartmento em nenhum momento mesmo em dezembro. As camas são espaçosas e muito confortáveis, garantindo ótimas noites de sono. Os banheiros são amplos e funcionais. A cozinha tem equipamentos novos com todos os itens necessários para o preparo de refeições. A localização é ótima, perto da piazza de spagna e villa borghese situado em uma rua tranquila. Há um supermercado tigre há um quarteirão que foi muito útil.

Cons: O único ponto negativo é que o apartamento fica a uns 800 metros da estação mais próxima do metrô, o que torna cansativo o trajeto, pois os passeios em Roma já exigem longas caminhadas, e a caminhada extra até o metrô pode ser cansativa.

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione con moltissime comodità vicine. Ottima pulizia. Proprietari molto disponibili e sempre reperibili anche via whatsapp per qualsiasi richiesta. Super consigliato per visitare Roma vista la vicinanza con il centro facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.

Pros: La situació, molt ben comunicat i les instalacions molt netes i correctes.

Would highly recommend it, once the issues with the elevator and dim hallway lighting are resolved

Pros: The property was. ina great neighborhood, quiet and lovely, yet not far from everything. A grocery store was nearby, as were restaurants. The hosts were wonderful. They were out of town, but responded promptly to take care of issues. It was a fine apartment, and we loved having a washer and dryer.

Cons: Getting in the building upon arrival was difficult. We had to wait for someone to leave and get in, than go up to the apartment to get the keys out of a lockbox. The elevator broke down several times while we were there and the apartment was on the 4th floor. Also, the lighting on the landing was very dim, making it difficult to read the lockbox and retrieve the key.
