Exceptional

Pros: Clean and very spaces a lot of rooms. Location was perfect about 10 minutes walking to the Spanish steps two bus stops from Fontaine trevi. Diplomats neighbourhood area is clean, near minimarket and restaurants

Cons: I would add toasters in the kitchen and a big shower

Pros: Marco is the most amazing person we meet. He was so nice and help us with everything we needed. The apartment is big. We are 2 adults with 3 teenagers and there was a lot of space.

Pros: The apartment is quite centrally located, but still in a quiet area. There is a coffee capsule machine and we really liked that.

Cons: It's time for some renovation, especially the bathroom. We miss duvets now in October.

Pros: Friendly communication with staff. Staff checked Beautiful building. Excellent location to walk to major attractions in 30 - 40 mins

Cons: Being asked to leave cash on the table for the tourist tax, we were able to request their bank details to transfer money. Just feel uncomfortable with no tracing to confirm payment was made. I wouldn't rate this property 4 star, 3 at best. Blankets for 2 beds, third nil blanket Pillows with holes inside. The apartment needs a refresh, overpriced in its current state

Great stay, good location, friendly staff

Pros: Comfortable, clean and conveniently located for accessing The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We were welcomed upon check in by the staff and shown around the apartment, which was super helpful.

Cons: Only downside was having only one bathroom between four, but wasn’t a big deal!

Pros: It was well maintained, really comfortable and clean. It was located in a very nice area as well. The staff was always willing to help, and answered to our questions really fast.

Pros: The location was so close to all the sights we wanted to see, the apartment was very spacious and communicating with the host was a breeze

Cons: I have no complaints about our stay, the only thing I can say is its pretty easy to hear the neighbors so if youre a light sleeper it may be a little annoying but besides that all good.

Comfortable, accessible and excellent host.

Pros: The house was comfortable and quite large compared to other places in Europe that we stayed in. The host was welcoming, helpful and extremely communicative - he gave us recommendations for places nearby to get standard things done like washing clothes etc. Overall, we had a great time at the house - it was clean, comfortable and location was excellent. It was a 10 min walk to shopping areas and a shorter walk to restaurants and other amenities.
