Lovely location, exceptionally easy

Pros: Rome is a very expensive city but this place was just about affordable for me. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely quiet area full of nice restaurants, the easy access of the villa Borghese with great (and shady!) playgrounds for my 3-year old, and the flat itself. The owner was super responsive by WhatsApp and gave excellent travel tips (taxi rather than underground!), and it was very easy to get in - the concierge, Gabriel, was waiting for us and helped with my luggage. The flat had everything you need, and even the sofa bed in the living room was comfy, and it was very clean. I definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for a place where you can cook yourself (which, with a small child, is very handy).

Cons: It would have been useful to have a few staple foods in the kitchen supplied, such as olive oil, salt, coffee pads that fit the machine, and sugar. We stayed longer in accommodation provided by my work, so could use it up, but especially for people who only come for a weekend it all adds to the cost.

Good area, nice time. Definitely come again.

Pros: Metro is in walkable distance. Good wifi and all you need in an apartment. Very clean apartment and Gabriel is so kind.

Отличное расположение и пешей доступности Вилла Боргезе и улица с бутиками лучших мировых фирм !!! Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал !!! Было приятно познакомиться с владельцем апартаментов - Антонио ))) !!! Wonderful spacious room. Shower with a window on the side and allows you to shower in the sunlight! Excellent location. Within walking distance of Villa Borghese and a street with boutiques of the world's best brands!!! Attentive and helpful staff!!! It was nice to meet the owner of the apartment - Antonio)))!!!

Ci tornerei per la gentilezza dello staff! In posizione comoda per girare la città…

Pros: L’accoglienza di Gabriele e della sua famiglia, professionali e impeccabili, sempre pronti a darti consigli e ad aiutarti qualora ne avessi bisogno…l’appartamento è accogliente e la posizione molto comoda per giare nn la città…

Cons: Lenzuola non stirate ma stroppicciate, soprattutto le federe! La bambina ha dormito in un pouf che diventata letto con i ferri che risaltavano sul materasso.. molto scomodo! Peccato perché l’ultima notte, dopo averla fatta dormire sul divano per ovviare al mal di schiena, mi sono accorta che anche il divano era un divano letto, magari meglio del pouf! Consiglio di lasciare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua fresca in frigo all’arrivo degli ospiti e qualche capsula di caffè…

Super lieux où séjourner je recommande.

Cons: Per far ripartire il riscaldamento ti serve una laurea in ingegneria informatica e idraulica 😂. Per il resto ok .
