Great value at an ever greater location

Pros: Great location for a very competitive price. The room was so much more spacious than the average hotel room you’d get in Rome, especially on that price point. The location is simply perfect, a few steps away from two metro stops and just next to Villa Borghese. It’s the perfect base the explore Rome, allowing you to even reach most of the highlights just by walking (quite a bit, admittedly, but it’s a stunning walk. Lastly, worth mentioning that the check-in was super efficient and the communication’s smooth even when no staff is on the ground.

Cons: No daily room cleaning which is kind of understandable in such an accommodation. Matter of taste, but I would have perhaps chosen a different colour scheme for the bedroom (11). Not the biggest fan of this light Green and the yellow, but that’s just my opinion.

Modern apartment in a traditional Italian building - perfect location!

Pros: Perfect location close to the Borghese Gardens. The building is lovely, traditional Italian, with a lift. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were great. We loved the location, very close to metro stations and the Spanish Steps. Harry's Bar on the corner was perfect for an afternoon Spritz. We loved this very upmarket area of Rome which we had never visited before but will definitely stay here again when we're next in Rome.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect!

Perfect place for couples away for a few days.

Pros: Electronic check-in via messenger worked well. Nice and quiet and peaceful room. Decent size for 2 people with all facilities needed. Great air conditioning and WiFi. Excellent value for money!

Cons: Not much. Toilet seat and window frame were damaged slightly when we arrived and bath instead of shower would have been better but other than that was great.

Pros: The property has a great location. We were able to visit all atraction by foot. It was also quiet and we could rest very good. The owners are also really nice, answer quickly and help you with all that you need.

Pros: Excellent location and very lovely modern room. Close by to all the main tourist sights. The staff always available to help out and answer any queries.

Cons: The only minor issue is the two single beds put together - as there are only tiles on the floor, the bedframes/mattresses kept sliding apart at night, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. Easy fix with putting something with more grip under the bed. Other than that, the actual mattress was very comfortable.

Good value for money. A comfortable place to put your head not more.

Pros: The people were very nice. We didn't meet them, all was done remote, but they were always helpful and welcoming.

Cons: The shower has mold. Especially up.

Pros: Location great, room very clean etc and even though staff werent present very responsive via whatsapp.

Cons: Coffee machine didnt work properly and pillows very soft, could of done with an extra pillow.

Amazing stay

Pros: Our host went out of his way to accommodate our late arrival. Room was so spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. Perfect location

Pros: Walking distance to attractions such as the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The check in process was really easy. All the staff were so lovely

Cons: Road noise was a bit loud but nothing too bad.
