Quality price and functional

Pros: Good price. Location was not central (too expensive for us) but very close to metro, bus and shops/restaurants. There was enough beds for us and kitchen was useful. The guy who welcome you is welcoming and patient. Air conditioning works well and equipement is not new but functional.

Cons: Could be cleaner. Big bed is too hard for me.

Pros: Location, location, location! Short walk to metro, train and bus station. So, it's super easy to access all the tourist sites in Rome. Easy walk to the Vatican Museum for our Vatican tour. Lots of lovely little restaurants in the surrounding streets. Room had everything we needed. There is a cooktop with plenty of pots and pans, but we didn't use it. The Wifi was great, too.

Cons: The shower is very small but I think that's pretty typical for Europe.

Great location and everything you need

Pros: We loved the location and the room and overall property! Easy to get to and comfortable, very quiet

Cons: The property advertised having a washer and drier but didn’t and then said it would cost ten euro for a wash with no drier! Also it wasn’t explicitly advertised but not all rooms have access to the balcony just to keep in mind but this didn’t matter to us

Pros: Excellent Location with access to all that you need including Metro Station at a 2 minute walk. Host was a bit rude and not flexible to accommodate us when we happen to reach us earlier than the check in hours....no option to even keep the luggage.

Pros: Localização perfeita que dá pra fazer quase tudo andando ou de metrô que tem uma estação na quadra ao lado. O quarto tem o suficiente para uma estadia agradável. E o anfitrião Sr Giuseppe só tenho a agradecer pela consideração em nós ter esperado para o check-in, mesmo com o vôo atrasado.

Great apartment

Pros: The location was excellent, just next to Cipro metro station. The room was spacious with 3 beds and had great blackout curtains, which was very helpful for our 2-year-old daughter. Everything was comfortable. We are not sure about the parking situation, as we didn’t use it.

Cons: Do not expect a modern apartment.

Pros: Excelente localização, muito próximo à Estação de metrô Cipro. Próximo tem um ponto de água potável para encher garrafas. Pode ir andando para o Vaticano. Quarto silencioso, agradável. A pia foi transformada em cozinha, com frigobar e fogão elétrico. Cama confortável. Chuveiro muito bom. O dono é muito atencioso e pontual para a entrega das chaves.

Cons: Nada a declarar. Excelente custo benefício.
