Excellent location and comfortable apartment with aircon and a lift

Pros: Perfect location- no more than 20mins to all the main sites. Really appreciated having aircon in both bedrooms and the living room during the hot weather. Perfect for our family of 4 and would love to stay here again when we’re back

Centralized stay in Rome, providing all you need.

Pros: This place had everything you need. Video provided by host was a really nice touch. They were great with responding back to messages.

Cons: Parents didn't love the noise at night. But thats Rome, and no fault of property.

Pros: Location and convenience to everything we wanted to do. Very helpful staff. Beds comfortable.

Cons: No space for drying clothes. Lounge room a little old and uncomfortable.

A fabulous stay in a lovely apartment!

Pros: The location was excellent! Pantheon 2 mins walk, The Vatican and Colosseum 30 mins walk. We walked everywhere . Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you needed for self catering. Lots of fabulous restaurants in the area. Communication with owner was excellent throughout and they kindly arranged a taxi transfer on arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend this apartment !

Cons: The street at the front of the apartment could be a bit noisy.

Fabulous place to stay in Rome

Pros: Loved the location near the Pantheon. Walking distance to most attractions. Very clean and provided everything we required. Hosts answered questions immediately so easy to contact. Loved the apartment and would definitely recommend.

Goede locatie, ruim appartement.

Pros: Het grootste pluspunt aan dit appartement is zonder meer de locatie. Het appartement bevindt zich zeer centraal, tussen het Pantheon en Piazza Navona. Het appartement is erg ruim. Het contact met de host verliep heel vlot en correct. De video met info over het vinden van de sleutel en over het appartement zelf is perfect. Het appartement was zeer zuiver, maar alles is wel erg verouderd. Een opfrisbeurt zou wel van pas komen.

Cons: Het grootste minpunt aan dit appartement is het vreselijke nachtlawaai. Het appartement bevindt zich boven een restaurant en de keuken. Wij ervaarden hierdoor onnoemelijk veel nachtlawaai. Eerst van zeer lawaaierige restaurantgasten tot middernacht. Nadien door het opruimen van het restaurant, de keuken en het glas. Uiteraard kan de eigenaar van het appartement hier niets aan doen. Toch vonden wij het zeer storend. Rome is een drukke stad en bij hoofdsteden hoort nachtlawaai. Maar wij zijn al ettelijke keren in Rome geweest en hebben al op verschillende locaties gelogeerd, dit lawaai ervaarden wij nooit zo erg. Een citytrip is vermoeiend. Als je dan 's nachts voortdurend wakker wordt gemaakt, is dat toch een groot minpunt. Verder is de kwaliteit van de matrassen niet goed. Ze zijn aan vervanging toe.
