Wonderful place from which to explore Rome

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect, a short walk from Termini, the main train station and terminus of the Leonardo train from Rome airport. Within 6 mins you have a supermarket and many small local shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Cons: A second set of keys would have been useful, they had been lost recently.

Lovely stay in Rome

Pros: 1. A personal thank you to Sara who was helpful and easy to communicate with prior to the trip. Her responses were fast and she even allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier as we landed pretty early. Her colleague Giorgia helped check us in smoothly. 2. The location of the apartment close to the train station and also lots of coffee places around. 3. There is a lift in the apartment a definite plus.

Cons: 1. Could consider giving an extra set of keys .

Pros: Good contact, nice accommodation in city centre. Very close to Termini, metro station, good cafe, and shops.

Cons: Some rules like taking garbage before check out.

Pros: Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms close to Termini (central) Station. We were allowed to leave & collect our luggage 2 hours after checkout, which was great. Walking distance to Colloseum & St Maria Maggiore.

Cons: Some of the buildings on the street looked a bit rough.

Excellent location, perfect for a good rest after long walks through the beautiful city of Rome.

Pros: It boasts a nice location in a multicultural area, filled with little shops and the sounds of many languages. The property itself is nicely designed, situated on the second floor with a lift, well air-conditioned, featuring comfortable beds, and offering a quiet atmosphere. Additionally, it has easy access to charming little restaurants, and the proximity to Termini station provides excellent commuting options.

Cons: The air conditioning in the living room was dysfunctional, and the shower head in the en-suite bathroom was too unpredictable. There was no remote controller for the TV, but honestly, who watches TV these days?

Beatiful

Pros: The apartment has an extremely good location, at the intersection of metro lines and trains and buses. The perfect Giorgina welcomed us and kindly helped us to find our way around the area and throughout Rome. The apartment is fully equipped. Ideal for two families as it has two bathrooms. The owner of the apartment was always at our service, online. For every recommendation.

Pros: Perfect spot for a family to explore Rome. Close to the Metro and a 10 minute walk to Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. Staff very helpful and arranged transfers for us on request. Convenient, very reasonable and friendly cafe Caffè Cornetto just around the corner.

Pros: Great central location near Termini train station and in walking distance of several historic landmarks. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. 3 x bedroom apartments are hard to find in Rome and this was good value. There are 2 x bathrooms, which was really handy. The apartment was cleaned half way through our visit, which was a bonus. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of four.

Cons: 2 x bedrooms are at the front of the apartment, and there's a fair amount of noise at night because it's a busy area. We live in a quiet area, so this took some getting used to
