Updated city apartment in a lovely old building.

Pros: The location was excellent, trams and buses at the door and a few blocks from Termini for longer journeys. There were plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant that my adult daughter and I had lots of space and privacy. The apartment was modern and attractive and the lift very convenient.

Cons: The street-door key is hard to operate and needs to be re-cut. Large windows but sadly had to be kept shut to deter mosquitoes.

Pros: Everything that you expected are provided. House is clean, bed are comfortable, next to the metro station, friendly host that let us check in early and warm welcome us with a Christmas cake. Wonderful and memorable Christmas for us. Highest recommendation and compliment from us.

Cons: As like other comments mention, alot of homeless people wondering outside. But definitely feel safe.

Nice apartment

Pros: We stayed 7 nights.The apartment is cozy, well equipped, clean and spacious.The host is wonderful, helpful and live nearby, can provide prompt assistance all the way. Having an elevator above several steps, make us easier to carry with luggages. Metro and buses stop nearby. We enjoy very much with our stay.

Cons: The apartment will be perfect if there is a shower curtain for the master bathroom tub.There are some street sleepers , men lingering nearby the building entrance. But they are no threatening.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. He had prepared water and coffee capsules for us. The location is excellent—right at the entrance to the metro, which made getting around very easy. Congratulations on the cleanliness and the calm atmosphere of the apartment; we would definitely stay again!

Pros: Excellent apartment for the family in a very good location. A nice host who helped us with every request we had , also with a transfer to the airport. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for living. Well equipped. We will definitely return in our next trip to Rome. The area outside was ok.

Excellent

Pros: Great location, in walking distance from many of the main attractions. Spacious apartment which worked very well for us and our 1 year old- there is also a lift which made things easy. The host was excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating!

Pros: The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well located. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Rome
