I would have no hesitation in staying here again and Alice was an excellent host.

Pros: Great location and easy to get around. Lots of facilities near by. Great size and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Cons: We don’t normally travel with cash so the city tax at the end was a bit problematic (I should’ve read the fine print) and the door entry code was a bit temperamental but we found a way.

Loved this place

Pros: We loved this apartment - so much character, amazing building, a great size for a family of 5, and an excellent location.Alice was an excellent host and everything was clean, tidy and thought out.

Cons: The only problems were very, very minor and not worth mentioning - Have seen other reviews complaining about water pressure etc, it is an old building in a city centre and everything works just fine, exactly as it should.

Amazing stay, perfectly positioned, recommended for anyone.

Pros: Loved the combination of old and new. The property was perfectly positioned for a walk around the sights of Rome and close to so many trattorias.

Cons: Was very warm during our stay, which is not under the control of our host, and the air con in the lounge was struggling to cope with the heat.

Fabulous location with access to major attractions. Spacious rooms.

Pros: Apartment is in fabulous location, minutes from key tourist attractions. Spacious and easy access with host meeting us. Very comfortable beds. Nice ventilation if needed. Good heating and air conditioning. Upstairs attic/loft was spacious.

Cons: Apartment was a little dark however this is understandable given the age of the building. Shower with overhead nozzle was very very small, seperate bath only had hand held nozzle if showering. Stairs going up to third room were wobbly so would be ideal for a teenager but not a heavy adult.

The best location in Rome!

Pros: We loved the decor and the apartment's location. Being next to the Pantheon is the perfect location for a break in Rome. The apartment was full of history, and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated.

Cons: Showers! The shower in bathroom 1 was tiny; you could barely turn around. The other bathroom had a bath, but the bath was blocked, and the hand-held shower on the bath had low pressure. However, this was small price to pay to enjoy the amazing location.
