Great apartment located in a nice area.

Pros: Good accommodation in a nice neighbourhood. Restaurants and stores at walkable distance. Tiziana was super responsive and provided all the information and support needed during our stay.

Cons: We missed some kitchen utensils and the staircases to access the apartment are a bit steep. However, that was totally fine for us.

Would absolutely come back anyday!

Pros: Fantastic location, the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our host was very serviceminded and could easily be reached on whatsapp. The two doublebeds were comfy and so was the bedsofa.

Cons: The one single bed was a disaster, needed a new mattress badly. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator and the stairs were strenuous after a long day walking through the city or when carrying bags.

Pros: An excellent accommodation in the vibrant and friendly Trastevere area. Easy access to the sites of Rome while being in a comfortable and quieter section of town that provided a good base to rest and be ready for multiple big days of site seeing. The apartment is well appointed with everything we needed and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby within 5 min walk as well as multiple supermarkets. The hosts were great. 😊 Very responsive and helpful. Would totally recommend this apartment to any singles/ couples/families travelling to Rome. Thankyou so much for hosting us 🙏

Amazing staying in Italy!

Pros: The apartments were super espacious, very clean, the location was amazing! Walking distance to the center and many other places, supermarket close by!

Overall very satisfied!

Pros: The best feature of this apartment is definitely the location, pretty much everything is reachable by foot and the neighborhood is beautiful and very lively; with that said it's also quiet enough. It has plenty of room for 5 with luggage and is well-equipped. The AC worked perfectly (it was very hot outside). Also the host was always reachable and the communication was very good!

Cons: The power outlets are old, some are loose and some didn't work; this isn't acceptable given the price of this accommodation and it can also be dangerous. They should be replaced.

Brilliant spot to explore Rome and Trastevere 😊

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and brilliantly placed for staying in Rome. Trastevere is a fantastic foodie area with lots going on, it’s a 15 minute walk over the bridge to Piazza de Venezia and great for exploring. Tiziana was lovely and responsive. There were lots of finishing touches like wine and apple juice on arrival, nice toiletries etc. We were able to have a late check in, offered 2 keys and there is now a powerful fan in the bedroom. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday!

Cons: The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. There is no mention of the 66 steps on the listing. It was ok for us, but could be very challenging for others. We were also disappointed that our apartment had no balcony and no real lounge area. The photos on the listing have 2 apartments and it’s not easy to tell which one is which. We didn’t know til we arrived, we had the small one (no 1) with brown (fully equipped) kitchen and dining table and 2 blue chairs. This was fine when we were out 8-6 (and we often were) but when we wanted to escape the midday heat - it didn’t feel as comfortable as hoped to relax, without lying on our beds. The other concern was the intermittent hot water and poor water pressure. Made showering with a family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers!) stressful. I don’t think that’s the apartments fault … I think that’s likely it being a beautifully restored (but old) apartment building. Saying this, I would recommend, it’s a great spot to explore the area.

Cons: I recommend a fan in main bedroom as no aircon in that room

Pros: Die Besitzerin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auftretende Probleme hat sie sofort gelöst. Sie hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos und sofort geklappt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand in einer Toplage! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bien ubicado, amplio y bien equipado!

Pros: Muy bien ubicado, espacios limpios y amplios. La host muy amable, y siempre al pendiente.

Cons: Se sube varios pisos para considerarlo si viajas con personas de la tercera edad.
