Perfect apartment in a perfect location!

Pros: Everything was perfect for us. The host met us at the apartment and even sent us recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area. Thank you!

Cons: The only possible drawback is that it's located up 3 flights of stairs, and there is no elevator, which could be an issue for those with poor mobility.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. I could not recommend it more highly.

Pros: We liked everything! Very good location, nice and lovely apartment, all needed equipment (an iron, shampoo, an umbrella, all kitchen needs).

There were sites we did not see, when we return to see those, this is where we'll stay.

Pros: Fabulous location; none of the main attractions of Rome are beyond walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small and a medium sized supermarket within three minutes walk. Dozens of eating places within five minutes, and at least 100 within ten minutes! I cannot stress enough how great the location is.

Cons: We did not find a kettle! British tourists need a kettle! I am sure this will be rectified, Giulia is so helpful, this little slip won't go un-remedied for long I'm sure.

Quiet location, with an attentive host.

Pros: The property was in a great location, and Giulia had organised transfer so no issue finding the place. We were met in person on arrival at the apartment and Edoardo spent time once we were in, to discuss facilities and where things were. Giulia prior to arrival had sent us recommendations for the area and possible restaurant's to consider. All the pre-arrival contact of requests, and queries were responded to quickly and Giulia kept us well informed. The location for us was great, were happy to walk so even to get up to the Vatican was only a 20 minute walk, and the Forum is within 5 minutes. If you like art don’t mis the church of San Luigi die Francesi just around the corner with its 3 Caravaggio Paintings…

A great place to stay, and an excellent host!

Pros: Giulia was a brilliant host, who waited later in the evening so we could check in. She also gave us great info and advice on places to eat and drink, and travelling around Rome. She also kindly arranged our taxis from and to the airport. The apartment is really lovely, the location is fantastic and you can walk to so many attractions. This was our first visit to Rome, for a special birthday occasion - and staying here, with Giulia as a host, helped make it an even more special trip. Thanks so much Giulia!

Brilliant stay in Rome!

Pros: The bed was super comfortable, free Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of pods and the location was fantastic!

Cons: 3 flights of stairs to walk up. No problem for us, but worth mentioning.

Piękny apartament w samym środku Rzymu.

Pros: Piękny apartament w samym środku Rzymu. Nie mogę sobie wyobrazić lepszej lokalizacji, blisko do wszystkich znanych miejsc, nie trzeba używać żadnych środków transportu. Apartament czysty, w pełni wyposażony, umieszczony na 3 piętrze kamienicy (wysokie schody). Giulia czekała na nas z kluczami, opowiedziała wszystko o apartamencie i dodatkowo podzieliła się z nami rekomendacjami najlepszych restauracji w okolicy.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche, alles war perfekt.

Pros: Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet und die Lage einfach perfekt. Der 3.Stock hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke an die nette Gastgeberin und ihre tollen Tipps.

Excellent Location - Perfect Size - Stairs are difficult

Pros: The location is perfect. The immediate area felt very safe and is close to everything in the Piazza Navona and Pantheon neighborhoods, yet just far enough away to avoid night noise. Very spacious and clean. Our host Giulia was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Clothes washing machine (but no dryer).

Cons: The steps to the home were difficult. This apartment is on the 4th level of the building with no lift. There are 66 steep steps and 5 landings between the ground floor and the apartment. Wish there had been a tea kettle! Minimal clothing storage. Would have been nice to be able to control the heat ourselves.
