Perfect Family Apartment in the Heart of Rome

Pros: Perfect apartment for our family of 10! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great location on Via Cavour close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Rome!

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described.

Bien para solo ir a dormir .

Pros: Está muy bien situado, es un punto muy bueno a favor. El alojamiento es amplio para 11 personas que estuvimos . La entrada es cómoda .

Cons: Varias estancias hacía frío, no funciona los aires . El apartamento está bastante trillado, se nota em paso de muchos turistas, Deben mantenerlo mejor .

Pros: Excelente localização, acesso rápido ao metro e atrações. Muito fácil a entrada através de código/aplicação. Vários restaurantes, pastelarias e supermercados próximos.

Comfortable, nice area, fit for many guests in good location

Pros: It was clean and spacious. Definitely a nice place to board a large group. Beds, sheets, towels were good quality and comfortable. Host is responsive. Location is good for this side of Rome.

Cons: A bit overpriced. For the rate, the property should have more elevated items for guests: better bathroom/shower products, better coffee & kitchen items, some welcome beverages/snacks, charging station, etc. it’s pretty bare bones. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment. Yes, there is a lift that you can fit a few people at a time if needed.

Pros: Apartamento grande para las 9 personas que íbamos, con muchas habitaciones y baño. La localización, aunque no fuera el centro, permitía moverse andando o fácilmente con transporte público.

Cons: El ascensor era un poco pequeño. La cocina podría ser un poco más grande porque, para dejar las cosas, era un poco incómodo. Pero para hacer el desayuno, que era lo que utilizamos, suficiente.

Pros: Очень хорошие апартаменты, огромная квартира, с отдельными комнатами, с четырьмя ванно-туалетами, салоном, кухней. Подходит большой семье или двум семьям, как было у нас. Везде кондиционеры, что было очень важно. Стиральная машина, утюги, пылесос. Небольшой лифт. Недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала ( правда в жару тяжеловато ходить) и близко к станции метро. Недалеко есть продуктовый магазин. С хозяевами мы не встречались, только переписывались но они были всегда доступны и внимательны.

Cons: На этой улице нет мусорных баков на улице (это плюс) но баки стоят внутри, в парадной перед лифтом (это минус) но в квартиру запах никак не попадает

Excelente estadía

Pros: Departamento muy espacioso , excelente para un grupo amplio , nosotros éramos 3 familias y cupimos super bien independientemente cada una tenía su baño, cumplía con todas nuestras necesidades !

Cons: Lo que menos nos gustó fue los difícil del acceso al departamento, la forma de la clave no es fácil , no todos la comprenden.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń, kilka łazienek

Çok merkezi çok geniş ve temiz bir ev

Pros: Evin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde. Çocukların da olduğu üç aile konakladık. Her aile için tuvalet banyo ve yatak odası mevcuttu. Ev çok temizdi. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi.

Cons: Aslında bu evin bir eksikliği değil ancak eve yerleşmemizden hemen 30 dakika sonra alt komşu çok gürültü yaptığımızı söylemek için eve geldi. Ardından da kızı akşam diyafondan arayarak italyanca konuştu ki maalesef anlamadık.
