Pros: Spacious, we are a family with 2 older children who appreciated separate rooms with queen size beds. Very close to restaurants and Colleseum and train station. Lift was a bonus.
Cons: Heating was intermittent and a bit noisy at night.

Pros: Excellent location, lots of space and very safe and secure building. Stefano was fantastic with good communication and was available to help when we needed.
Cons: There was no manual/instructions for function of heating, bins etc. We had issues with the showers as the pressure in the building was poor so you could not use any taps/showera/toilets when someone was in the shower as it would turn off. We had a blackout and lost all power just by using the stove top and charging one phone.

A great apartment for a family or group. We loved it!
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and was clean. It is ideal for a group. We had four people (not couples) and there was plenty of space. It was very conveniently located a short walk from the main Train Station and then just a short walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants around (and a great gelato store nearby! Aircon worked very well! Just was very responsive too and helped us with airport transfer.
Cons: The bathrooms were great but the shower pressure was terrible! You had to have either a cold shower or a very weak (just a few drops) of hot. It is the only downside to a fantastic apartment.

A lovely, spacious apartment close to everything
Pros: It was a lovely spacious apartment with character, close to places of interest like the Colosseum and walkable to many more. There were excellent restaurants nearby on Via Cavour and the back streets and also shops for food, souvenirs and clothes. Also close to metro and main train station or buses. Stefano was good at communicating by WhatsApp messages and offered help with lots of things like where to leave your luggage or organise trips if needed. The beds were comfortable, there's a lift and the basic provisions provided in the kitchen were useful. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you
Cons: It is on a main street so there is a lot of traffic noise in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, but we still slept well, apart from being woken by the glass collection one morning! One of the main bedrooms didn't have a mirror - it's always good to have a mirror with a table under and next to a socket in the bedroom. The microwave wasn't available to use, but we were so busy we didn't have time to ask about this, so this might well have been sorted out if we'd asked.

The apartment was absolutely more than we could have asked for, walk to the Colliseum and Metro!
Pros: Stefano was so clear with instructions, he sent photos and excellent description, and always answered within minutes any question we had. Stefano was an amazing host! So helpful and friendly and accommodating and honest. You really should explain how huge and beautiful the apartment is-we had no idea! Thankyou for an amazing stay, we absolutely loved the apartment, it exceeded our expectations! Stefano you really were an amazing host! Thankyou! We highly recommend!
Cons: The lock to the door to the apartment was a little tricky to operate, we were worried we might break the lock, it's a bit sticky, but we worked it out in the end! There is a washing machine but no dryer, so made drying clothes a little difficult. Thankfully it wasn't too cold. We weren't sure how to work the heating, but I am sure if we asked Stefano he would for sure have explained it. Maybe another extra blanket in each room would help for night time?

Fabulous, spacious apartment in a great location
Pros: Such a spacious, cool, modern apartment and only 10 mins walk to the Colosseum. We all loved it!
