The Best Rent - Spacious three-bedroom apartment near the Colosseum

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and clean place. Excelent location. 3 bathrooms are a big, big plus.

Great location, spacious rooms, and easy first-floor access made our stay enjoyable.

Pros: The location was quite nice. We were very pleased with the three bedrooms, each with double beds, and the three bathrooms. The apartment is on the first floor, making the stairs easy to manage.

Cons: Some areas were dusty. The lock system was inconvenient, as remembering the code every time was cumbersome. Beneath the building, there is a metro line that causes vibrations and noise in the rooms every three minutes, disrupting comfort. Additionally, some showers occasionally lacked hot water.

Brilliant and pleasant.

Pros: Apartment was very clean and spacious. We were surprised by the 3 bathrooms. Location was great, coffee shops and metro nearby. The host was very kind and willing to solve any potential issues.

Cons: It could be a bit noisy, specially from people talking and walking in the stairs of the building, but this is due to the building being very old. Not anyone’s fault.

Calm and sweet atmosphere from inside to outside!..

Pros: I was doubting to rent this apartment because of few reviews, but this was really good choice 👍🏻 Perfect Location, Clean and comfortable bedrooms each with separate 3 bathrooms, Cosy kitchen, Calm and sweet atmosphere from inside to outside!.. Thanks for everything to the competent and very attentive staff 🤍 i will be back definitely!

Cons: Only thing would be mentioned is that shower cabin is small and would be great if apartment had balcony, Also heating system on air conditioners is not good, we couldn’t use it but it was normal temperature outside and we did not worry about it :)

Pros: The apartment was perfect for us as a big family in need of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I also loved that any issue that arose was resolved swiftly and efficiently. Great communication!

We had a great time exploring Rome from this central location.

Pros: There was no breakfast that I knew of. The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Floor boards missing in master bedroom in a couple of places

Pros: Esperienza molto positiva! Raccomando a tutti. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in gruppo e ci siamo trovati molto comodi. Anche la posizione comodissima, specialmente se si arriva in Aereo o Treno!

Pros: A localização é mesmo ótima! Tem metro ao lado. Cozinha equipada e tudo limpo.

Cons: Uma das casas de banho saia um cheiro ruim.

Pros: Da localização, das camas, do tamanho do apartamento. Do staff, muito simpáticos e competentes.

Cons: Da explicação que dão de como abrir a porta do apartamento, não está clara. Foi necessário pedir ajuda, que veio rapidamente.
