Pros: The house was clean, the host was good it was quiet and was really big making it comfortable

Cons: The location was not so good, the microwave was not working and the water in the bathroom was changing temperature once hot once cold

Charming apartment

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. What stood out the most was the spaciousness, the thoughtful interior design, and how beautifully the colors were coordinated—everything felt harmonious and stylish. The space is large, with what felt like a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable, along with soft, high-quality pillows. The neighborhood may not be right in the city center, but it has its own charm and vibe, with great street bars and restaurants full of life in the evenings. Yet, the street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. Also, the pastry shop right on the corner below the apartment is simply perfect.

Cons: The apartment was lovely, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. One thing I missed was a large mirror—either wall-mounted or free-standing—where you can see your full outfit. I believe there’s enough space for it, so it would be great to have one added in the future. Also, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked or even fully closed, but I assume that’s a minor issue that can be fixed easily.

Very pleasant and comfortable, good for workation!

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay. Everything matched the photos and description. The apartment was very clean and fresh. We worked remotely from there, and the internet was very strong. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a washing machine available. The location was interesting- not super close to the old town, but easily walkable or a quick metro ride away. The area had plenty of restaurants and bars with a very local atmosphere, and we didn’t come across too many tourists, which was great. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend it for a workation-there’s a large table in the kitchen and an additional desk in the room.

Pros: Mi sono innamorata di questo appartamento. È davvero carino e spazioso, molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Situato in zona piena di ristoranti e localini, posizione ottima a 3 min dalla fermata dell’autobus che porta in stazione e in centro. Host gentilissimi e disponibili, ci tornerò sicuramente

Bardzo dobre i wygodne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie.

Pros: Mieszkanie ciepłe, miłe, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Łóżko podwójne duże, wygodne, czyste. Sofa mniej komfortowa, ale nie mogę narzekać. W kuchni wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy w bardzo dobrym stanie. Pralka jest dodatkowym plusem. Mieszkanie znajduje się 5 minut od przystanku tramwajowego i autobusu. Za rogiem bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket z wieloma lokalnymi produktami w bardzo korzystnych cenach.

Ottimo e consigliato

Pros: La posizione è ottima. Vicina alla stazione e nel quartiere di San Lorenzo con tanta vita e locali. Casa molto silenziosa nonostante la vivacità del quartire. Spazi adeguati e ben curata.

Cons: Unica pecca, piccolissima, ma gli appendini per le salviette da doccia sono scivolosi! La salvietta cadeva sempre a terra! Ne basterebbe uno un po' più a gancio e meno sferico!

Good for a short trip

Pros: Tiger property is good in general. We stayed here 5 days with 2 kids and it was okay since we came home only for sleep and shower. We chose this location because of Roma Termini station: we needed it to be close because we used it 4 times for big trips. And it was convenient. The apartment looks good and the design it nice, the kitchen has everything we needed, the house has an elevator and the closed yard.

Cons: The microwave was not working and we reported it. The tap in the restroom is about to fall off. The shower cubicle is missing a shelf for a shampoo, that's very inconvenient. The neighborhood is simply horrible, I would call it a ghetto: graffiti, drunkards, hobos, smell of pee, night fights and shouting. But it's a very common thing in the areas near big stations, just keep this in mind.

Pros: Bardzo czyste mieszkanie w którym jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym. Wysoki standard, wygodne łóżka, czysta i wyposażona kuchnia.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la parada de transporte público. El apartamento es cómodo, amplio, el baño en muy buenas condiciones. Aunque no utilizamos la cocina, está bastante completa. El WiFi va muy bien.

Cons: Podrían dejar café en cortesía como complemento, pero realmente todo está muy bien.
