Just amazing!

Pros: Super clean and modern apartment, perfect for a couple. Close to a bus line and tram line that get you into the city, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Free wifi, free Netflix (already on the TV so no need to log in), excellent airconditioning in both rooms.

Cons: We had a small issue with the flushing mechanic of the toilet - the hinge seemed lame. But Tatiana came by the same day and fixed it, so that was just great!

Pros: Betterplace is well positioned, within walking distance of Roma Termini and right next door to a friendly and authentic Italian restaurant. The owner Tatiana was so warm and hospitable and the wine was a welcome surprise. Tatiana has thought of everything in appointing this apartment. There was nothing we needed that she hadn’t already thought of. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and very secure. We only wish we had more time here to enjoy.

Pros: Close to train station. Bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed information and snacks available to us.

Cons: Area is full of graffiti but was safe to go out at night.

Comfortable clean and COOL

Pros: If you're American and need good A/C , this place is great. It was very clean roomy and comfortable. There is an excellent restaurant literally 15 feet from the front entrance of the building. The area wakes up after 7:30 and has great restaurants.

Cons: It really isn't close to the main attractions , but the money you save more than makes up for the short taxi rides. Make sure you put ITtaxi on your smart phone

Appartamento bello e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari

Pros: L'appartamento era molto bello, nuovo ed accogliente. Ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare alcuni snack ed una bottiglia di vino, si è percepita molto l'attenzione per gli ospiti. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato il suo posto auto così da evitarci una lunga ricerca di parcheggio. Consiglieremo!

Cons: Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era un po' duro, e suggerirei di mettere delle tende oscuranti in camera ed in salotto, in quanto la mattina presto la stanza era troppo luminosa.
