It could have been better

Pros: The virtual key system is great. The property is located close to Rome Termini, restaurants, shops and public transport. The internet connection is very good. Generally speaking, the property offers everything needed for this type of accommodation.

Cons: The built up mould in the bathroom (even if the place is generally clean), the water leak around the toilet bowl, not working TV remote control and the feeling that you trade a slightly cheaper price for a minimum maintained accommodation are the minuses of this property.

Recomend

Pros: Nice service, beutiful yard, nice spacious and clean rooms, there were few towels, shampoos

Cozy apartment

Pros: - Good location, close to city center. - The facilities. - Spacious apartment. - The new entrance system that doesn’t need a key, the doors are opening from the phone. - Supermarket very close and also a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. - Nice neighbourhood.

Cons: - In the pictures there appeares like they are more than 1 room and bathroom, we didn’t need them but for sure it’s confusing. - They changed the entrance system in our last day, it was a bit strange to let the apartment open for the workers so that they can change the door knob, but it was fine in the end. - The towels were kind of dirty.

Unique

Pros: Staff went over and above to help us. On Daniel 's recommendation, we stayed in this out of the way neighbourhood by the university and were rewarded with great food, wine, and an eclectic vibe. Note: the restaurant across the street was in Stanley Tucci's Italy (season one - Rome episode)

Cons: Dark interior in apartment. A little fresh air would make it more comfortable.

Great place to stay

Pros: quirky apartment in a secure quiet block. Small kitchen with fridge and cooker that was adequate

Pros: El lugar super lindo y la ubicación, no muy lejos del centro y fácil de llegar con el transporte publico

Cons: No había prácticamente agua caliente para bañarse

Elegante pero sobre precio.

Pros: En el alojamiento me gustó sus instalaciones eran acordes a lo que se muestra en imágenes

Cons: No me gustó que teníamos que cancelar un extra más, después de haber reservado

Pros: L'appartement était propre et très bien situé (supermarché et ligne de bus à proximité). Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'appartement restent joignables pour tout renseignement.

Cons: Les portent s'ouvrent grâce à une page en ligne munie de boutons. Mais nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués devant la porte de l'immeuble car ce jour là le roaming orange ne fonctionnait pas et nous ne pouvions plus appeler ni capter de la data. Nous avons eu de la chance de tomber sur un habitant pour nous ouvrir. Il serait judicieux de mettre une boîte à clés au cas où.

Your jump into shabby-chic Rome.

Pros: The place is a bizarre studio apartment obtained from the refurbishment of what I think was a courtyard warehouse back in the days. It is a strange place but very charming, and it has everything: a bedroom, a living room with sofa, table, chairs and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Located in the heart of San Lorenzo, the hippest, the most artsy, and the most shabby chic part of Rome. The restaurant on the square is a delight.

Cons: Given the particular nature of the apartment, you don't have any real windows, since they are all made opaque for privacy reasons. The apartment could use more plates, more cutlery, and definitely a couple of mugs/tea cups are missing.

Wonderful location!

Pros: The apartment was comfortable with everything one would need. The location had good restaurants and great attractions nearby! The host was very helpful and informative with suggestions of where to eat and what to see.
