Garbatella House

Pros: I like the Garbatella neighbourhood for its accessibility and amenities. The apartment is cosy and the private room and bathroom are spacious. There is a nasone nearby for anyone who needs to drink water. Just follow Viale Guglielmo Massaia outside the apartment and walk towards the south until you see the first roundable. The nasone is on the right.

Living like Roman in Rome.

Pros: Garbatella area is a proper working neighbourhood of Rome. Away from the tourist central hub, but 4-5 metro stops, 10-15 minutes. Everyone we met in the neighbourhood was welcoming and there is a lovely cafe just across the street. Excellent recommendations of local places to eat from Fulvia our host, reasonably priced, quality traditional Italian food and wine. They say ‘when in Rome, do as the Romans do’ that sums up Garbatella House.

Cons: The shower temperature fluctuated hot/cold which was frustrating. Fulvia said she would look into it, so probably already fixed. Next door apartment was undergoing renovation so some noise from builders.

Pros: The appartement was very Clean and neat. Spacious too. We found everything we needed inside for a 5 member family. The owner was very kind and helpful. Metro was 15 min walking distance. We really liked the appartement a lot.

Cons: The location itself was rather in an older area with not so many restauraurants nearby.

Ambiente confortevole

Pros: Ambiente confortevole, soprattutto per l’attenzione agli ospiti della proprietaria. Attenzione ai particolari, appartamento spazioso e pulito.

Cons: Segue la legge del mercato della domanda e dell’offerta, ma i prezzi da albergo, con ben altri servizi, per una struttura privata mi sembra eccessivo. Forse così è diventata Roma. Giustamente le richieste sono tante e i prezzi si alzano, ma c’è qualcosa che non suona bene.

Pros: La signora Fulvia è stata molto accogliente e attenta . La stanza comoda e pulita. La posizione era proprio quella che necessitava. Terrò presente la struttura nei prossimi soggiorni a Roma. Grazie per avermi fatto sentire a casa.

Pros: La disposizione della casa, la possibilità di cucinare, la pulizia e i servizi .

Pros: Ottimo posizione, staff cortese, stanza nuova e carina.

Cons: La colazione presente in dispensa, prodotti confezionati.

Calmo e felice

Pros: Tutto quanto! Fulvia è gentilissima e super disponibile. La camera era IMPECCABILE, pulita, profumata e tutto perfetto. Son sicuro che se dovessi aver bisogno ancora di un posto dove stare, sicuramente tornerei da Fulvia al Garbatella house

Accogliente appartamento zona Garbatella

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e dotata di tutto in necessario e anche di più (ci sono anche tutte le cose che ti potresti essere dimenticato a casa). Bella zona: tranquilla ma ricca di buoni ristoranti

Pros: posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze, proprietaria e figlio molto gentili e disponibili in caso di problemi e necessità di ogni tipo

Cons: pulizia non ottimale
