Cons: Nothing didn’t like- only thing which could improve the facility would be a washing machine/dryer

Pros: The apartment was perfectly arranged and located in a great area. Communication with Walter (the landlord) was excellent, and he provided many useful tips for exploring both the nearby surroundings and Rome itself.

Pros: Great location! a lot of Cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus stop right on the street, for those who need more reliable transport - subway 950m away. The apartment has specific terms of use, making your stay very comfortable. Cleanliness was also a plus. Owner was very present throughout the stay and very responsive.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Communication was easy and smooth throughout. The hotel was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained. I originally booked three nights, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for an extra night. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Everything was great, just a small note: The hallway door makes a bit of noise when opening or closing — maybe it just needs a little oil or lubricant. Nothing serious at all, but it might help make things even more perfect!

Pros: Smooth check-in experience. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. They also helped arrange an airport shuttle, which was much appreciated. The location was good—just a bit of a walk to the metro, but there are buses available if needed (though we enjoyed the walk). The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. We didn’t get a chance to use many of the facilities as we didn’t spend much time at the apartment, but overall, a pleasant stay.

Pros: I would especially like to note the contact with the office of this guest house. From the moment of booking I received absolutely complete information about all the important stages of check-in, arrival and stay and check-out. Very nice people work here, I recommend! The room itself is fine, it has everything. A good guest house, I recommend!

Pros: Easy to check in and check out, sparkling clean, in the city centre, plus this is one of the most silent places I've ever been. The facilities I've used were ok, the apartment is very nice and full of light. All the common spaces were well kept and cosy just as my room. I've felt safe and slept so good.
