The best stay at Rome for this money

Pros: Everything was great, all commodities covered, the owner is super friendly, very responsive and helpful with everything. We didn’t use discounts that were available at nearby restaurants, but is worth to have them.

Cons: Can’t complain about anything for this price

Pros: Garbetella rooms is located in a lovely neighbourhood full of typical restaurants and bars. Moreover, is well connected to the city center by metro, which is just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Outstanding - excellent

Pros: The contact with the owner is the best I have ever experienced. As a customer, you feel taken care of from A to Z. The room is very clean and spacious. The building is on the list of historical monuments, so don't be afraid that it doesn't look new from the outside, the room and the entire apartment are in great condition. Everything was 10/10. About an 8-minute walk to the subway, very quiet and safe neighborhood

Pros: The room is very comfortable and everything looks new. Communication via Whats App was optical, I got responses in less than 5 minutes. All instructions were clear, and the check-in and check-out process had no hassle. The strongest value of this unit is its location. I chose between subway and train, both stations were 10-15 minutes away.

Cons: Host recommended appTaxi to get a taxi; that one did not work. The one that worked for me is named itTaxi.

Nothing short of amazing!

Pros: We loved the responsiveness of the owner; they helped us with everything and responded super quickly to our questions. We arrived late because of our flight, but the self-check-in process was very clear and easy. The room was taken care of with a great eye for detail. Everything was clean, and the facilities were perfect. The air conditioning was a big plus for us as we traveled during the summer, and it got pretty hot. There are many nice espresso bars and breakfast places nearby where you can have much more affordable prices than in the center. There is also a coffee maker in the kitchen with some coffee that you can use. Also, the public transport options are fantastic. There is a bus stop at a 2-minute walk, and a Metro station at 10 minutes. The train station (Ostiense) is 20-minute walk, which has a direct line to the Fiumicino airport. Overall, the room was everything we wished for (and more)!

Cons: Sometimes the street can be a bit noisy (as everywhere in Rome). Overall it was not too bad, but if you are a light sleeper (like me) it is advisable to bring some earplugs with you. The windows cancel all the noise very well, so you can also sleep with the windows closed :)
