Pros: Perfect location for Colosseum, Palatino and centre of Rome, Very good services

Great value room in flat in a convenient area. Ideal for a short city break stay.

Pros: Two-night stay. Good value room in flat. Very comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, bathroom. Great AC working in 30+ degree temperatures. Rooms not fully soundproof but certainly good enough and we had no issues. Amazing location, 15 minutes from the front door to the Colosseum!!

Comfy stay on a perfect location, with room for improvement

Pros: Comfortable room on a very good location in a cosy residential neighbourhood next to the subway station, so very easy to get around. The guest house's area has some nice bars & restaurants but many of them require a reservation.

Cons: No dealbreakers but some points of improvement: 1. The bathroom ventilation made A LOT of noise and the walls in between rooms were thin too. No option to turn on bathroom lights without the ventilation. 2. The communication with the host: we were surprised to receive insistent messages on whatsapp to fill in forms and send pictures of our ID. We considered them sketchy and feared it was phishing, but in the end they were legit. I would rather not be contacted this way or at least prefer to know in advance what to expect, to avoid confusion. I would rather not send my ID details to anyone over whatsapp or unknown links.

A clean place at a convenient location

Pros: The location is good. It’s a 5 min walk to the Garbatella metro station which is on the line B and a 20 min walk from the Ostiense train station.

Cons: A convenient location at a reasonable price

Pros: The stay was near the metro station and the transportation was very good. The host was really great and helpful, we enjoyed a great time in Rome!

Pros: Unique place. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was cosy and very clean. It is close to metro station, so you can easily get to the center.

Overall, the stay was good.

Pros: The place was clean and the room was comfortable. In case you would prefer a private kitchen it’s not for you. The kitchen is shared with other guests from the two other rooms. Overall, the stay was good, the location is close to the metro and nearby are great coffee spots and one amazing place for food (Pizzeria Rosticceria Roma, Garbatella).

Pros: Very nice and a very good breakfast. Rooms very clean and modern. Go on like this.

Pros: Really nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen and amazing host. He showed us what can we visit in proximity, what can we do in Rome and even outside of Rome. The location is close to the Garbatella metro station. (There’s a bus station close too) Really good restaurant downstairs, but it can get quite loud in the evening till midnight because of the live music.

Pros: Very clean , modern and aesthetic pleasing. Area is so so. Location is good: bus stop to Teatro Marcello across the street and metro to the Terminal at 5 min walk. Very good restaurant across the supermarket and bakery very close. View in the park was nice. Art in rom was nice and pleasing.

Cons: At the borders of a very nice distict with beautiful villas and a working class area with old blocks.
