Ideal location to explore Rome. A great stay

Pros: Loved the feeling of this loft apartment. Spacious, clean, perfect location, responsive host and a bottle of wine on arrival

Cons: Additional hanging, cupboard space would be great!

Excellent location!

Pros: Central location, Spacious apartment and amenities like coffee maker, hair dryer etc.

Cons: Very busy location so often hearing ambulance / police sirens very loudly especially during the night, No microwave facility.

Strategically placed, feels safe and could use a couple of add-ons!

Pros: The location was great, we walked almost everywhere. The apartment was clean, there was a washing machine, an iron, a coffee machine and a hairdryer The communication with the owner was perfect and self check-in was smooth. In the apartment there was a list with suggested restaurants per area that was helpful.

Cons: Although the apartment is renovated, the building is very old with very old windows, that need to be replaced!! It was noisy, but we were so tired that did not mind. Some sugar/coffee and drinking water would have been much appreciated as a welcome. Shower was small and lacked of a shelf. The bed mattress was not comfortable, it was high on the sides and sagged in the middle. A partition to separate the two sleeping areas (the main bed and the sofa-bed) would be ideal. A mosquito net around the window louvers would also help.

Pros: It's very nice apartment, well setup, close to the city centrer.

Cons: Nice from the main street

Pros: Good position, clean, equipped with everything you need. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating.

Cons: The apartment overlooks a busy boulevard. At night it is extremely, extremely noisy. You will absolutely need earplugs. The windows need proper insulation.

Perfect

Pros: Great apartment in a fantastic location. Host very responsive and flexible. The perfect apartment for a couple but also a fold out bed in the lounge if needed. Very clean, all the facilities you could need.

Cons: It is on the third floor and there are no stairs which may be difficult for older guests

Perfect stay

Pros: Perfect location, away from the busy tourist areas, yet within the walking distance to all major attractions. Great host (excellent communication), easy check-in process. Comfortable beds. Property very clean and well maintained.

Ubicación muy cerca de todo

Pros: Super buena ubicación para ir andando cómodamente a Trastevere, Campo di Fiori, p Navonna, Vaticano, etc. utensilios de cocina y wifi muy bien y todo muy limpio.

Cons: Las ventanas antiguas de madera no aislaban bien el ruido y por la noche se oía bastante ruido de coches. El apartamento es un segundo piso sin ascensor con escalera de caracol.
