Boutique apartment 10 min to Colosseum and Termini

Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend the apartment, especially for its location.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is absolutely excellent — very central, right next to a metro station, and within walking distance of most major attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with especially comfortable beds that ensured a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. The apartment is in the back of the building so there is no noise from the road. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, providing us with useful information and recommendations whenever we needed them.

Cons: There was a slight smell from the drainage system, which we understand can be common in older buildings in Italy, and the living/TV area could have been a bit more spacious and comfortable. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

Pros: Me and my sister both loved our stay at Esquilino house. It is perfectly situated next to the metro and You can even walk to the Colosseum in less than 15 minutes. We were able to reach everywere quickly and comfortably which really transformed our stay helping us to make the most. The flat itself is a lovely size (bigger than what I see from pictures), thebedrooms in particular are very large and have very comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker. It was perfectly clean and I really liked the decoration of the place you can tell it has been renovated recently. The hosts were really friendly and communication was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay again when I come back to Rome.

The accommodation was great for its strategic location, everything was within walking distance

Pros: We chose the accommodation because of the location. We chose it absolutely correctly. The host was waiting for us right in front of the house, even though we arrived late in the evening. He showed us and explained everything. The apartment is right on the metro, which was great. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and very close to Santa Maria Maggiore. There are many shops in the area, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is in the back of the building, there is no noise from the road. The equipment is not completely new, but it is absolutely sufficient for a stay in Rome.

Cons: Maybe just take it as inspiration. - as people from Central Europe, we are used to having our own duvet at home, so we struggled a bit with the blankets. We would have liked it if everyone had their own, but in this part of Europe it is common. But I believe that if we had asked, they would have delivered one to our accommodation. Actually, we didn't even have time to deal with it.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to the train station, lots of great restaurants nearby. The metro was at the front door if needed. Was a pleasure to stay there and the hosts were exceptional.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is excellent—Termini, the bus and metro stations, as well as plenty of shops, are all within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable visit. The beds are cozy, the amenities are in great condition, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We truly enjoyed our time here. The hosts were very kind and even welcomed us with delicious sweets! A special mention to the owner, Daniele, who was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. He made sure everything went smoothly with our arrival and promptly answered all of my questions. His thoughtfulness really added to our experience.

Pros: The apartment was clean and weary comfortable in a good place near to central station and to a main seasides. The hosts were very friendly polite and helpful with a lot of information about what to do and see and for the restaurant nearby We have a great time i will book it again Highly recommending

Lovely place , big rooms, very sweet host and close to the metro and walking distance to the coliseum’s.

Pros: That it was super close to the metro , or buses . The rooms were big and clean.

Cons: The only think which not sure if it was the outside, but at the beginning there was a smell ,kind of the drainage smell , it went away the second day , we open the windows and it send to help . Not a big deal.

Pros: L'appartamento è in una posizione centrale e strategica, è tutto raggiungibile a piedi o in metro, con la fermata a letteralmente 3 passi dal portone. Anche la stazione Termini è a 5 minuti! La zona è tranquilla, a qualsiasi ora. Inoltre è grande, molto comodo per 4 persone, e confortevole. I letti sono molto comodi e la pulizia è precisa. L'host è gentile, disponibile e alla mano, a disposizione per consigli pratici sulla città, informazioni turistiche e dritte per colazioni, pranzi e cene.

Comoda posizione vicino ai mezzi pubblici

Pros: Posizione eccellente davanti alla fermata della metropolitana. L'appartamento è spazioso e da poco rinnovato; affaccia sull'interno del cortile quindi è anche silenzioso. I proprietari hanno dimostrato la massima disponibilità venendo in aiuto per una piccolo problema da risolvere. Consigliamo sicuramente il soggiorno in questa casa.

Cons: Causa le temperature sotto la media per Roma, l'appartamento era leggermente freddo pur funzionando perfettamente il riscaldamento. Servirebbe qualche pentola in più ma non è certo un grosso problema.
