Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Location, space , Sergio and Maximiliao were warm and responsive , felt safe

Cons: The TV and the sofa bed could have been a little bit better but this wasn’t a major issue for us.

Pros: Amazing location. Great value for money. Very comfortable. Very helpful host.

Cons: Shower was a bit tricky to use.

Pros: It was very clean, comfortable and we had all the necessary things we needed including free WiFi. It was just near the Colosseum and close to other sites and a lot of restaurants.

Cons: The shutter of the bathroom did not close properly, so it lacked privacy. I would have liked to have an electric kettle in order to make some coffee.

Great for a short stay next to Collosseum

Pros: Right next to the Colosseum, great if you’re there for a short trip and want to walk everywhere. AC in every room helps a lot, especially in Rome during summer. Comfortable beds and they let us store our bags with them on checkout day, which we appreciated.

Cons: Slightly dated interior and no lounge area if you’re 4 people, only a dining area.

Pros: Wonderful location, near the Colosseo. Metro and bus were very close.

Cons: Cupboard full of blankets with no space to put clothes. Need more hangers.

Excellent

Pros: The location was excellent for the pricing. The place was clean and neat, and we enjoyed our stay. The owner was absolutely accommodating and friendly. I am already looking to return in July/Aug.

I would highly recommend to families or friends, perfect location and nice apartment.

Pros: Location is perfect. The host is very polite and very helpful. He let us to check in earlier so we could leave our bags and go around to visit Rome. The same was for the check out, he gave us the opportunity to leave the bag for half of the day. The apartment looks exactly as it is shown in the photos, a very nice apartment.

Cons: The internet wasn't working well, the signal was weak.

Magnificent apartment in a magnificent location

Pros: We arrived well in advance of our check in time and the host did everything possible to get us in very quickly. The location is fantastic as it’s only 100 meters from the Colosseum. The apartment was clean, secure and well appointed. There is an elevator for those who don’t like the beautiful staircase. There is a microwave, fridge freezer and four ring induction hob in the kitchen. The hob top kettle boiled within 90 seconds. One double bedroom and a very large and comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is air conditioning and great ventilation. The shower is easy to use too! With a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores and even a pharmacy all within 5minutes walk, there is everything you’ll need on hand. The Colosseo Metro station is one minute from the front door so getting around is easy. When I return to Rome, I will definitely be staying here again!

Cons: There is a camera in the apartment focussed on the front door with a full explanation from the hosts. I was not sure it was necessary but it didn’t detract from the benefits of staying here. Also there is a school in the adjacent block but noise levels were very low. There is no shutter in the bathroom so at first glance it appears that privacy might be an issue, but we learned that the glass is treated so as to be one way only. It is not directly overlooked so not a problem anyway. Don’t let ANY of these points put you off though. The apartment and hosts are absolutely magnificent 🙏👍
