Pros: Amazing view from several rooms towards Colosseum and Roman Forum. We enjoyed the February sunrise from the prime spot. The house felt majestic with all the stone floors and tall rooms. Modern large TVs, good beds, washing machine, good enough kitchen cutlery. Mokapot and filter coffee machine. Two showers although one on the smaller side. Excellent location right next to Colosseum and the metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a 24/7 Carrefour grocery store.

Cons: We would have loved a dishwasher and a place to hang jackets in the hallway. Since it's right next to the Colosseum, some noise comes from outside - people are photoshooting just below the windows. Would be nicer to include city tax in the booking fee, so annoying to get an exact amount of cash. The water was very slow to heat for the shower and kitchen sink.

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing! Perfect views by day and night of the colosseum. Air conditioning welcomed in 35deg temperatures. Great local area with bars, restaurants etc within 5 mins walk

Cons: Only room without a view was the kitchen, but very functional and a tower fan helped keep it cooler.

Pros: Great location, every window has a view of the Colosseum! It is very close to the metro station, so you can get to everywhere easily. You can take pictures with the colosseum at any time, no need to compete with others for a spot. Absolutely going to fall in love with this house. I'll want to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cons: The size of the single bed is a bit small. Everything else is great.

Pros: The location was breathtaking. Do not hesitate to book this apartment! The host was great with communication from the start. The apartment was the highlight of our holiday. Ample space, lovely decor, clean, all amenities in the apartment. We didn't need anything! I was sad to have to leave. People watching with the backdrop of the Colosseum with a cup of tea was a favourite of mine. Absolutely FABULOUS! Local to shops, cafes and a 2 minute walk from lots of lovely restaurants, we tried a different restaurant every night and we're not disappointed with any! Local bag storage 2 min walk as our plane wasn't until the evening. Francesco also helped us book a taxi to the Vatican one day. Nothing was too much. It was a great base for our holiday one which I couldn't wait to return to after a day of sightseeing and walking. Thank you! Would highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Pros: Apartamento é enorme, com uma vista EXTREMAMENTE LINDA E COMPLETA do coliseu, Arco di Constantino e templu de Vênus e Roma! A noite é ainda mais espetacular com as luzes amarelas! No primeiro dia teve música ao vivo na frente do coliseu, o que nos agradou muito ouvindo sentada na janela do apartamento! Amei apreciar o coliseu das janelas! Eu super recomendo e com certeza ficaria nesse mesmo apartamento na próxima vez que voltar pra Roma!

Pros: excellent location. great communication prior to our arrival.

Cons: I brought the wrong plugs for charging, but the roo. had an additional usb ports, so I was able to charge my cell with no issues.

Breathtaking. Amazing, spectacular! Walking distance to many attractions

Pros: The location, the view was breathtaking! So close to the colosseum. The property was clean, nice and quiet at night for a restful sleep accommodations were perfect! The kitchen was very convenient! I would highly recommend this location - it made out trip spectacular as if it was a scene from a movie if you are fan of the colosseum.

Cons: Just the shower in the second bathroom was a bit small but still ok

Incredible View. Great Location.

Pros: Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Right across from Colosseum and the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The view is amazing! It’s as pictured in the listing. From the living room, you really do see the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, and part of the Roman Forum. It’s also steps away from the Metro station and its 2 stops from the Roma Terimini. Really convenient and walking distance to all the sights.

Cons: The main shower is a walk-in and does not have a door therefore the water seeps out onto the bathroom floor and the floor mat gets soaked. It would have also been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and extra toilet paper. These were minor. We would definitely still stay here again
