Pros: What an incredible view! This apartment is simply stunning! It's a real find for anyone who loves this city. The only one minus is that it's impossible to sleep with such a magnificent view from the window!

My wife's birthday treat

Pros: Mirko was the perfect host! Kept in contact before and during our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a real treat! Any issues that arose were dealt with very quickly. Also the views are amazing!!

Pros: The kindness and helpfulness of the owner Mirko in the first place whatever we needed was always available. Apartment is fantastic In an old style that we like Very real old furniture with old parquet.. The jacuzzi and the balcony a much appreciated plus Super air conditioning :)

Central and clean apartment

Pros: The very kind owner brought us the keys and explained everything to us. The apartment is in a fantastic location, everything is very clean and tidy. The balcony is charming with a magnificent view. The jacuzzi in the room is very nice but we didn't use it.

Pros: We spent 4 days in this apartment for my son's birthday everything was fantastic starting from the welcome of the. Owner the view and all the services worked even on a very hot day luckily the air conditioners worked well we did not suffer the. Heat all very clean and THE VIEW IS MAGNIFICENT..

Pros: Walking distance from Termini Station and couldn't be closer to the iconic Colosseo. Small, but enjoyable terrace for watching the crowds of people flock to the ancient Roman Forum
