The rooms were very spacious and the views were spectacular.
Pros: The best thing about this apartment is of course the unbeatable view of the colosseum. The host ,Paco gave us a very warm welcome and showed us the apartment. He also provided some useful information regarding supermarkets and dining spots.
Cons: The trade off is noise coming from crowds below the apartment, which can be bothersome you if you are a light sleeper or if you’d like to sleep early.

A perfect stay with unforgettable views.
Pros: Absolutely perfect stay! Our time at Magia was nothing short of incredible. The views alone make this apartment unforgettable, every single room looks out onto the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine or the Roman Forum. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. We really appreciated all the little touches, a huge selection of teas, plenty of condiments, laundry liquid, two coffee machines with lots of pods, a juicer and even a complimentary bottle of wine and several bottles of water. It felt like everything had been considered. Paco, the host, was wonderful, friendly, responsive and full of great recommendations for authentic Roman food. The location couldn’t be better. Public transport was just minutes away making it easy to explore.
Cons: If I had to mention anything, it would only be a couple of very small suggestions. An electric kettle would have been handy for making tea quickly and a clothes airer would have been useful for items that can’t go in the dryer.

Pros: Wow - just wow. Huge apartment overlooking the magnificent Coliseum. Spacious, comfortable, pleasant- it was just awesome. As a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) We could not have been happier and thank Paco so much for his professionalism and assistance
Cons: Everything was really good - just be mindful that parking is street parking so you need to plan ahead if you are bringing a large car (we had a mini van)

Pros: The location was the best. You do not find better location than this. Marvellous views to Colosseum and Forum. Specially during sunrise and also at night when Colosseum was illuminated. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good suggestions from the host. Spacious apartment. Safe.
Cons: A bit noisy during the night time but this can be expected when you are in this kind of surrounding and have lots of tourists.

Pros: The location was amazing! Every time we looked out or walked back to Magia, there was the colosseum with so much history! So much space for our family of 6! It was the perfect way to end our 4 week European holiday!

Pros: The property was literally infront of the Colosseum. The place was huge, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, a kitchen, dining room and a big living room. All had tv and air conditioning inside. There were also towels and toiletries and a room slippers which was a huge plus! The owner was very hospitable and kind. He met us and gave is the keys in person showed us the place and welcomed us nicely. He even recommended places to eat and go in Rome.

Pros: - Arrival perfectly well synchronized, very smooth and appreciated support / advices / recomendations and good adresses from Paco. THANK YOU! - Super equipped, spacious and cosy apartment, with priceless view on Colosseo from most of the windows (fantastic photos!). - Close to any kind of good restaurants, and in central position to most of the antique monuments (in case, at 5 minutes from metro / bus / taxi) - Definitely a continuity of architectural beauty going back to the apartment every evening.

We had a wonderful stay there. Paco our contact was most helpful.
Pros: The size of apartment was perfect for a party of 7 adults. The lounge and dining areas were spacious. The property had a world class view of the Colesseum from most windows. Was an ideal central location with plenty restaurants nearby although it was so well equipped cooking would have been a pleasure. Nearby Metro links and taxi rank.
