Pros: Przestronny, klimatyczny. Świetny punkt wypadowy zarówno do pieszych wycieczek, jak i podróży metrem - wejście do metra przy budynku.

Cons: „Zapach” z kanalizacji, mała pojemność termy/zasobnika z ciepłą wodą. Uwaga na wysokość niektórych pomieszczeń - mąż przy wzroście 193cm musiał się pochylać.

Pros: La localisation de l'appartement est idéal pour se promener dans Rome . De nombreux commerces et restaurants a proximité Proximité métro, bus, tramway , parc etc ...

Cons: La literie ! Une horreur , manque de coussin / couverture et matelas inconfortable au possible. Heureusement qu'il y avait des bons canapés. Il ne faut pas être regardant sur le ménage des salles de bains et sa vétusté.
