Pros: We had an excellent stay at MC Piazza Mancini. We were in Rome mainly for the Internazionali d’Italia tennis tournament thus the location so close to Foro Italico was perfect for us. We also rented a scooter so there was no problem with getting around. Otherwise you have to be conscious about the location being in a nice, quiet neighbourhood albeit a bit far from the city centre (there is a bus terminal very close to the apartment though). The check in process was smooth, it was also great that we could leave our luggage with the doorman before check in and after check out. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Water and prosecco in the fridge were a very nice touch. 😀

We recommend this comfortable apartament
Pros: The location is very good, with bus or tram you can quickly reach out center. All you need is near the house. The building is very quite and safe. It was an amazing staying with 2 babies and we had all we needed. Thank you!
Cons: Only one small thing that can be mentioned is that the apartment entrance door is not fully isolated and we could hear sound from stairs.

We had a fantastic time
Pros: The apartment was super clean, spacious and had two bathrooms, which was great for our family of five. There were even vanity sets and slippers for all of us. The apartment block was tidy and quiet. The tram station was just right outside the apartment block, and the tram was going all the time, which made it easy to get to the centre and back, even late at night. There was a café nearby that served good croissants and coffee and a bakery. We had a fantastic time.
Cons: There wasn't much we didn't like. The only thing that could be improved is the communication. I received a few automated messages, they had conflicting information about the tourist tax (which had been lifted from 3,5 to 6 euro) and weren't relevant (our check in day was Sunday but the initial message just advised on Monday to Saturday check in procedures). There was no face to face interaction with the owner Melissa, however, she was very quick at responding. We had to pick up the key from a little shop next to our house that I couldn't find at first as the house was covered in scaffolding (the scaffolding could have been mentioned in the message to make it easier for us). Unfortunately, the shop owner was extremely unfriendly. After we got the key, everything was great.

It was a great holiday which the whole family really enjoyed.
Pros: The location was excellent next to the tram line into Rome and the buses. The local bars were good for breakfast and snacks and there are some nice restaurants/pizzerias nearby. Although just off a busy piazza the apartment itself was very quiet and comfortable. Melissa was great giving us advice and booking the airport shuttle - it was good to have this quality communication with the owners.
Cons: The sofas are fairly small for a family but this was a minor point as the apartment is spacious bright and airy.

Excellent
Pros: Lovely appartment, clean, tidy, with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. It is located in a very quiet area, right in front of the bus and tram station. Only 15 minutes with tram to the city center. If we visit Rome again, we'll stay there, for sure!

Pros: Quiet, spacious apartment at a convenient location. Very responsive and helpful host.
Cons: The building has character but is a bit old. A bit of a smell in the building.
