Perfect!!!

Pros: Lovely space a few minutes from the Vatican and some great bars/restaurants. Complementary cake and use of coffee machine every day.

A great place to stay in Rome

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – very convenient for visiting the main attractions and getting around the city. The area felt safe and lively, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Rome.

Pros: Great location close to the river and restaurants. Several small grocery shops nearby. About 15mn walk to the metro. The family room we had was spacious with good storage, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, with only slight noise from neighbouring rooms. Very quiet street. Staff (only contactable via WhatsApp) was very responsive. Plenty of towels, some basic toiletries e.g. toothbrushes provided. Good wifi.

Cons: The check in system is annoying as you need to do it all online, including when you arrive at the property and can only unlock the front gate and guesthouse door via the app. For people visiting from overseas who may not be able to access their mobile data, this is impossible so you’d have to have a local SIM card. Once checked in you do have a key so the app is less important. We stayed only one night but didn’t see anyone at reception that whole time. They are contactable and very responsive via WhatsApp, but it feels suboptimal for a property of this standard and given the room costs. No coffee or tea in the room, only herbal teas. It is unclear if guests are allowed to use the coffee machine which is half behind the reception desk. Access to a morning coffee seems essential either in room or in communal reception area. Providing a basic breakfast option would be good for travellers, even if just coffee/tea and a cornetto or fruit (some pastries behind reception but as nobody was there we didn’t know if we were allowed to take one). Bathroom was clean enough though to be picky, the shower could have done with a deeper clean and better lighting.

We loved Rome and our accommodation was comfortable.

Pros: Vaticano Luxury Guest House was a really lovely place to stay. Room was clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was within a reasonable walking distance of some of the many highlights of Rome.

Great location, friendly staff

Pros: Great location next to Sant Angelo, five minutes from St Peters and 15 minutes from Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Easy walk from Metro - 15 minutes. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Great to have cake and coffee machine in reception in addition to refrigerator and kettle/cups in the room. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Modern and convenient city centre apartments right by the Vatican. Comfortable bed and clean room,

Pros: Modern, 5 min walk from Vatican City, right in the centre, the opposite director of Vatican was also close and some great walks / attractions near by. Fridge and kettle in room. Nice bathroom and shower. Had a baby with us and the cot they provided was clean. Staff really friendly and helpful, easy to access the building and room. Would definitely recommend.

Comfy stay near Vatican.

Pros: The owner was responsive. They're helpful. There was a time when the water heater didn't function. we needed to wait for some time to restore it, so we just spent some time at the Vatican since it was near.
