Rome Vatican Inn

Pros: Everything was lovely, the hosts, the location, the room and the view. We were very satisfied and we enjoyed our trip to Rome. The hosts were really nice and helpful with us and very kind. The location of the room was ideal , I couldn’t ask for more Definitely recommend this for anyone !!

A warm and friendly hotel in the perfect location in a wonderful city.

Pros: The location was perfect for me, and the Rome Vatican Inn gave me a safe, clean and comfortable “home” for the duration of my trip. It gave me all of the amenities I needed. I lost t phone on my second to last day which presented me with a few problems but the manager could not have been more helpful or kind. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Cons: The only mild criticism was that the room had no view over the city, but this was balanced by its very close proximity to Vatican City and the Castel St Angelo. Less than a 4 minute walk either way. Perfect.

Friendly staff

Pros: Staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in safe place because we had a late flight. Plus we did have a remote control for air conditioning and they quickly got us one. The room and bathroom was very big plus there was a coffee machine.

Happy the place is clean and close to all attraction

Pros: Sorry no breakfast. It is clean . but no proper lift and reception.

Cons: I need your help. We forget my husband sling shoulder bag . Can we please ask them to return to us by courier. We are happy to pay the courier expenses.

Pros: Our room faced the Main Street, but with double windows, we didn’t hear any traffic noise

Pros: The hotel Vatican Treasure was near the tourist attractions specially St.Peter’s square! Near the metro and easy access to everything. We loved our stay in this chic hotel!

Cons: We had to move from where I originally booked. I booked at Vatican Inn, but they had to move us to Vatican treasure. They contacted us literally not more that 24 hours before the check in. We were in Vico esquense that time and my cell signal is too bad, so I haven’t read and replied immediately. If I didn’t see the message, probably we would end up nowhere because the message will need to be confirmed. Luckily they gave us the same value of money from the originally booked hotel. They were actually the same. I think it’s a sister’s company. Everything went well at the end. The other property didn’t fail to impress.

Close to the Vatican and Castello Angelo.

Pros: Very nice and helpfull staff. Close to the vatican and Angel Castello. Coffe maker,sugar and capsules.

Cons: The bottom of the shower cabin did not close properly and was moldy.
