Pros: Very great location - the most important monuments and the old town can be reached within twenty minutes on foot. Supermarket, good restaurant and coffe bar is close to apartament.. Big room and also big bed. Quick communication with the host.

Cons: The bathroom was newly installed, but it was cold and damp, making it difficult for the towels to dry. For longer stays, the towels could be changed at least twice.

Pros: Loved the apartment very convenient to a lot of the main sites. Very clean host was very responsive and available. Will definitely stay there again.Bars restaurants shops all on our doorstep couldn't believe the location

Pros: Clean, modern, use of kitchen and it's facilities is excellent. Location is excellent, good grocery shop next door, beside restaurants and bars and 2 streets over from the Vatican. Host was v good, no problems with keys etc, and let us do a late (12.00) check out. Overall everything you need.

King’s Place was a great find. We’ll be going back there.

Pros: Comfortable, close to everything especially the Vatican side but Trevi fountain Pantheon, and Colosseum were walkable too. Trastevere was also an easy walk.

Pros: We loved the location and how clean and inviting the place was. Everything worked well and the host was incredibly flexible with baggage storage. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons: The building was a little noisy but that was probably due to people leaving at 5am. Considering the location it's a quiet area.

Pros: We had an amazing experience at King’s Place in Rome. The owner was exceptional — very communicative, kind, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He was always available to assist us whenever we needed anything, which made us feel truly at home. The place itself is very neat, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained. It’s definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Rome, and I would love to stay here again in the future!
