Pros: Overall just a good basic apartment perfect for a short stay. Good location close to Ottaviano metro station, bus stops and plenty of nice restaurants. Don't miss Passaguai, Il Sorpasso and pasticceria Parenti. SITBus shuttle to the airport was convenient and the bus stop was nearby. Room was clean and quite despite facing the street. AC worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lack of unpleasant smells. There was a kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine and espresso maker, so you could enjoy morning coffee. Towels were changed daily, don't remember if it was upon request, but anyway it wasn't an issue. Nice roof terrace The host was in touch, but we barely contacted.

Cons: Lack of hooks in the bathroom!!! Small bathroom, but can't complain.

Pros: The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and truly reliable. When we first arrived and couldn’t find the place, he even came downstairs to meet us — it instantly made us feel at ease. All the restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well, and every one of them was delicious. The cleaning staff were also very attentive and kept the room spotless. After a long, tiring day, coming back to a fresh and perfectly clean space always lifted our mood straight away. The location is excellent too — it’s convenient to get to all the main attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the patterned floor tiles, the small table in the living room, and all the cute little cabinets. Everything was kept so clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Great location

Pros: This was my first time staying in this neighbourhood and I loved it! It felt very safe. I also used the hotel next door for their rooftop bar to meet friends (This building has a rooftop, but it lacks seating). I thought the building and the room were beautiful. When looking through Booking.com the floors caught my attention. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and have an upscale feel. My room faced the street and the windows were insulated, but you could still here street noise. I bring earplugs everywhere so it wasn't a problem...just worth mentioning.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location, with many sights in a walking distance, and surrounded by plentiful nice cafés and restaurants. The owner was welcoming and helpful. We loved the house the apartment was in, and the room itself was very comfortable.

Brilliantly located, simple and comfortable guesthouse

Pros: Great central location, very clean and had all the basics required for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the daily cleaning of the room and that the owner was easy to contact when needed.

Cons: With the window open it was very loud at night due to the bar downstairs which is open late and has many people drinking outside. We would have loved a duvet rather than the thin sheet and blanket, but we understand this is probably the setup for the hot summer months. Bottled water in the rooms or available in the communal area would be appreciated.

Amazing vacation

Pros: This apartment is in great place near all the atractions , just few minutes away by walking from Basilica and 15-20 minutes away from the centro storico. Room was great size and had everything you need. They cleaned the room every day and give you fresh towels and toiletry . Giuliano was great host and respond on every message we sent. And the building has elevator also.

This is the place to stay!

Pros: We Loved the quirky vibe to this accomodation! The photos do not do it a justice of how beautiful it is. The host was so accomodating and willing to go above and beyond. The location was so good, so close to some amazing restaurants, dessert shops, retail shops and the Vatican. It is about a 20-30 minute easy walk to the Trevi fountain and the Coliseum. The aircon worked exceptionally well and the windows blocked out all road noise. Highly highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Rome!
