A fantastic place to stay in lovely Trastevere!
Pros: We absolutely loved the location - right in the heart of Trastevere and close to fantastic restaurants but not noisy and a little bit hidden away. We found the beds and pillows to be incredibly comfortable (I am very fussy about beds!) and the sofa bed was large and comfy rather than small with a thin, hard mattress, which is so often the case. Our pre-teen kids happily shared it- and loved watching TV in bed! The flat used space well, and we loved the ‘dressing area’ upstairs. It was great for one night, but may have felt cramped for 4 people for more than a couple of nights. Perfect for 2 though! The aircon was excellent and kept us all cool in high temperatures. Kitchen facilities were good for coffee lovers, and we loved the gorgeous kettle/toaster/coffee machines. Communications with the host were excellent. Quick responses and very helpful. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Rome, and recommend it to anyone planning a trip.
Cons: Only minor things, but the shower ran out of hot water after two people having a shower, and as there were 4 of us, this wasn’t ideal! Also the shower did splash a lot outside of the cubicle. We found the key/lock quite hard to use but figured it out in the end.

Great location that is clean and safe
Pros: The property was clean and in a great location in Rome. The property manager sent very clear set of instructions and she had great communication. The manager also left suggestions to places to eat and things to do. The place felt safe, clean and very comfortable. It has a fridge, washer, and all the amenities needed for a stay. I would highly recommend staying in this property if you are visting Rome.
Cons: This is not something I didn't like but it is important to note that the stairs to access this apartment are very narrow. Both to get to the apartment and also inside the apartment. The apartment is set up with a living space at the bottom and stairs to go to a loft with the bathroom/bedroom. Those stairs are also very narrow and tight. For me it was not a problem, however if someone has bad knees this might be a challenge. Just keep that in mind.

Pros: El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, dispone de todo lo necesario y es muy agradable.. La limpieza impecable. La comunicacion con anfitriones es fantástica (tuvimos una pequeña confusion en la entrada y fueron super amables y nos facilitaron todo) y te reciben con una cesta de bienvenida estupenda. La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando a todos los lugares emblematicos de la ciudad, y despues estás alojado en el Trastevere con ese ambiente tan especial y animado, pero la pequeña calle del apartamento es muy tranquila y puedes descansar sin molestias. Ha sido una estancia fantástica

Pros: Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore della città! Ho recentemente soggiornato in questa casa e non posso che elogiarne ogni aspetto. Situata nel cuore della città , l'alloggio offre un facile accesso alle principali attrazioni turistiche/ristoranti/bar ed è estremamente silenzioso. L'appartamento è splendidamente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort moderni. La pulizia era impeccabile e il letto molto comodo. Un altro punto a favore è stato l'ospitalità dei proprietari. Sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili, pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire utili consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. In sintesi, il mio soggiorno in questa casa è stato assolutamente perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente, ben posizionato e con un servizio eccellente.
