Good location, clean, old building with kitchen.

Pros: Location 8/10 Air Coditioner Rather clean Kitchen

Cons: Final location of room was different than location on Booking.com and I do not receive direct location of my room. So I was searching for 20 minutes location of room, it was 200m close. It could be easliy change - host should send direct location of room together with code informaiton.

Brilliant well equipped quirky base for exploring Rome.

Pros: Great location in a lovely area with great restaurants and lively nightlife but walking distance to the great sights of Rome and lots of convenient public transport. It was a quirky property with lots of character, very clean and well kept with everything I needed and in a quiet street moments from the livelier area. The host always responded almost immediately and was very helpful.

Cons: I would have preferred a slightly less firm bed but that was my personal preference and nothing wrong with the property bed. Not a lot of natural light but that only matters if you are staying in which is unlikely when there to explore Rome.

Great apartment in great location

Pros: A lovely property in a small street in Trastevere, a 2 minute walk from Piazza Trilussa and Ponte Sisto bridge. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a good shower in the bathroom. Decent wifi. Maurizio was friendly and easy to contact, the housekeeper Grazia popped straight round to help when we had issues with the gas rings, even though it was the Saturday evening of the new year weekend. We look forward to returning soon :)

Cons: All fine for us, but I would say the narrow metal spiral staircase up to the bedroom and bathroom could be an issue for some. TV has no channels, and you connect through chromecast, so make sure you have your Netflix/tv apps on your phone or device.

Perfect location and great apartment

Pros: Perfect flat to living Rome at its best. Very nice and helpful host. Great location, very cosy apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen.

Top location for all of the 'must visits'

Pros: Amazing location for local bars then pop across the river for the Colloseum, Palatine etc...the Botanical Gardens just down the road were a great accidental find and a 30 minute walk took us to the Vatican City. What's not to love...! Bed was comfy and all small details covered!😀

Cons: Not a problem for us- but no outside space or decent light inside the apartment- you wouldn't want to stay in it all day but then again it's such a great location - why on earth would you stay in all day?!?!😆
