excellent location
Pros: Communication with the hosts was quick, excellent and very helpful. They arranged a taxi transfer for us from the airport to the accommodation which was of a high standard and took the stress out of finding our way around a new city. The flat was as we expected and the host met us at the flat to show us around. The location is excellent both finding food options and for walking to the city sights. Trastevere is a wonderful place to base your self and this flat is right in the middle of the main area. There are numerous restaurants, bars and mini-markets within 30 seconds of the flat. There is a footbridge over the river within a minute of the flat and all sights are within walking distance. The flat is not large but has everything you need for a short stay.
Cons: Although the flat is on a back street, there is some street noise at night BUT this is the small price to pay for a great location. Bring some good ear plugs and accept it! The bedroom overlooking the street has shutters to block out the light but they are not very effective from the movement activated floodlight outside - this is easily solved with an eye mask. The biggest problem was the lack of water pressure in the bathrooms - the showers barely gave you enough water to wash in and the hot water was intermittent leading to some shouts when you were left showering in cold water.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, comfortable for 2 couples, warm, great location, everything was new
Cons: There weren't any plates in the kitchen and we were rushed by cleaning service to leave at 10.01 while we had requested a late checkout and hadn't received a response from the host

Great value for money. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location. Highly recommend!
Pros: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (one of which is a bedroom ensuite) in a fantastic location. Clean, spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Kitchen and living room are in the same space. Small in size but manageable for 2 couples. AC in both bedrooms and in the living areas work well. Washing machine was a bonus. Convenient space outside the window to dry a line of clothes. Host was easy to communicate with. There are several steps to access the apartment which may be a consideration if you have mobility issues. We absolutely loved this place and would stay again if in Rome. I highly recommend.
Cons: There were fruit flies in the apartment which we managed easily with some innovation. We couldn’t determine the source as we did not have fruit in the apartment. To be fair, we didn’t communicate this to the owner as it wasn’t that big of an issue for us.

Pros: Lepo stanovanje, primerno za dva para, z dvema kopalnicama. Lokacija pa najboljša v Rimu. Prosili smo za pokrivala in dostavili so nam jih. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni.

Ideal para cuatro personas en un barrio encantador.
Pros: La ubicacion es muy buena si tu eleccion es Trastevere, calle tranquila y sin embargo muy cerca de los restaurantes y bares de la zona, la cual es muy pintorezca. El departamento cuenta con dos habitaciones y dos baños lo cual es muy util. Si te gusta caminar se llega tranquilamente a pie al Vaticano, Coliseo, Fontana de Trevi, Piazza Navona , Panteon, Piazza Spagna. Lo hicimos incluso en estos dias calurosos de agosto.
Cons: Los colchones deberian ser mejores. No fue mi caso porque fueron los dos primeros dias del viaje, pero seria util que cuente con lavarropas.

Excellent location for Rome and fun in Trastevere
Pros: The location was excellent. On an backstreet therefore less noise but in the heart of the most lively part of Trastevere. It is an easy walk from the apartment to all the main sites in Rome. It was also easy to take public transport and get taxis. The apartment looks exactly like the images.
Cons: The water pressure is very low in the showers and hot water is not consistent. With multiple adults we had to time the showers to make sure everyone had warm water. There was a water leak one night but the manager was quick to respond.
