A wonderdul place to stay in Rome

Pros: Such a warm welcome! Everything was made so easy. We needed some assistance from reception and Raffaella and her team could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect. Around the corner from St Peters and so many restaurants nearby. If we are in Rome again, we will absolutely be back. Thank you all!

Pros: The staff is amazing and very helpful. The location is great, close to Saint Peter's Basilica and many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Roof terrace is very special as it looks out over the Vatican

Pros: The area was incredible. We spent a lot of time on the roof terrace enjoying the view of the Vatican. The room was a little small but also what you would expect in central Rome. Very comfy bed and great shower. It was really handy having the fridge and essential cooking equipment.

Cons: The aircon was broken when we arrived. Someone stayed late to meet us in person to let us know about the problem. They told us when it would be fixed, kept really great communication and made us as comfortable as they could with a fan. We were also given a bottle of wine and a partial refund for the inconvenience. The staff were so lovely and apologetic. It could have ruined the trip, but they were brilliant and solved it very quickly.

Pros: Raffaella was very helpful with all our needs. She deserves a raise!

Perfect stay

Pros: Perfect stay! The staff was so nice. The lady who met us during the check in was very friendly and helpful. She explained us everything very clearly. She gave us very useful advices. The room was nice with very comfortable bed and cushions. There is a terrace with a beutiful view where everyone has an access to it. The location I will say is the best in Rome. Calm but close to the main attraction . We definitely will come back. Thank you and see you soon:)

A lovely short break in Rome with the family

Pros: Excellent location, very quiet spot but with lovely view from the roof terrace. Raffaella was super helpful giving directions on arrival in Rome and also with recommendations of places to eat. It was a lovely stay and we really enjoyed it.

Pros: I actually booked the hotel bec my daughter & her family already booked for our family holiday. Walking distance to Vatican, & most of point of interest to visit in the area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. For the price of accommodation, breakfast should be included

Cons: There’s not much choice for hotel rooms for big family. I end up booking with balconies for 2 rooms I booked, not worth it. We actually booked 4 rooms for our family, 3 of the rooms are with balcony. We didn’t even use it,It’s too hot to enjoy it the time we’re there.

Pros: This is an absolute must stay if your ever going to Rome best host in the world and she is always trying to be accommodating

Pros: Our 3rd stay at Brunelleschi Suites, lovely spacious rooms, great location and very friendly and helpful staff. 5 star experience.
