Pros: Lorenzo is a great host, promptly addressing all questions. The apartment is in a great area and has everything you might need for a short stay.

Pros: A very clean and cozy hotel with a responsive owner. It's located in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the window. The room is quite large.

Cons: No disadvantages

Outstanding location & beautiful property, walking distance to historic center & Vatican

Pros: Location was superb, room had a view of a park and on the back, Castello di Saint Angelo. Breakfast was really nice on separate room with access to a garden, room and bathroom excellent. Staff was kind and helpful :)

Cons: I had to leave my bags after checkout since my flight was at night, and I was a bit rushed to pick them up since the entire property was occupied by a single family that night. It would have been nice to have an alternative option to pick up the bags. Other than that, everything was excellent

Pros: We loved staying here!!! The communication with the staff was exceptional, easy to get in and the room was perfect! it was quiet and clean! The hotel is a 10 min walk to the Vatican and about a 45 min walk to the other main sights! It was nice to stay in this part of Rome as it had lots of nice spots around it. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A calm retreat of quality for a short city break.

Pros: High quality, calm retreat in a central and beautiful location. Super attentive manager. Clear communication before, during and after the stay. Airport shuttle stop close by. Transport was kindly arranged on arrival at our request.

Cons: Lack of attention to some details in relation to housekeeping. Correct but basic breakfast.

Lovely hidden gem in Rome.

Pros: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in the elegant and quiet district Prati. Close to Vatican city and the historical center.

Excellent location, lovely staff

Pros: The staff here was amazing, we had a great time talking to Laura, among others. There is a small kitchen that they said we could use and we had dinner there one night with some tomatoes, bread, and cheese, sat and chatted. You can then clean after yourself and do the dishes. The albergo was quiet (both guests and from the ourside), despite facing the street. We tend to book places after how quiet they can be, since we are on vacation and would like to rest before doing some sightseeing. The location was also splendid, in Prati. We walked everywhere, and anything you need is very, very close. We came for the Sacred Door opening this year. We had a wonderful time and were out until 11 or 12 PM, we felt very safe both outside and inside the hotel. They even loaned us an umbrella! Lovely people!

Cons: The bathroom is old and could use some renovation, as the paint is chipping off in several places. That said, the staff maintains everything very clean. It's just maybe that the administration should think about doing some small renovations or repairs. The other one thing is that the breakfast included was minimal, and anything but coffee, juice and toast you had to pay for. An omelette for example is 5 euros.

Fabulous accommodation , rare spacious find in great location

Pros: great location , spacious room , airy and great communications with secure parking nearby.

Pros: Perfect location just around Castel San Angelo and perfect for exploring Rome & Vatican

Cons: Very spacious apartment in a typical Roman house. More then enough space for a family of four. Some appliances could be upgraded / updated but nothing major.
