Nice ensuite room in Rome

Pros: Nice big double bed. Location was close to the Vatican city.

Cons: There was a smell that came from the drainage.

Pros: Great location, the room was beautiful, easy self check-in.

Cons: No fridge

Pros: Location is really fantastic. Quite area not super touristy so it feels less busy. Everything is close in walking distance or public transport is easy to navigate.

Cons: A tad small but expected for Europe i guess. But otherwise really great!

Pros: Check in was easy, room was immaculate. Bed very comfortable and location was nice and quiet, but close to all of the attractions (especially Vatican City!)

Excellent location

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. We explored Rome on foot, and seeing the Vatican every day was truly delightful. The hotel is actually like a house with 4 rooms. Since the host sent the check-in instructions in advance, we were able to enter the room without any problems. The room was cleaned daily, but for fresh towels and a change of bed linens, you need to message the host. He changed them on the same day we asked, and we had no issues at all. Since we visited during Easter week, he had left a gift in the room for us. We are very thankful to the host. Whenever we had a question, the host answered very kindly.

Cons: The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and unfortunately, there was a lot of dust in the room.

Wonderful place, excellent value for money, perfect location, my go to stay when visiting Rome

Pros: The bedroom was more than big enough! Massive wardrobe and big enough bathroom (however I don’t think the table in the bathroom was needed). Bed was huge and very comfortable, the extra pillows were really helpful. TV was a nice bonus, some channels allowed you to change the language too which was great. Nice little table and chairs in case you wanted to eat in too. Lots of natural light, and good lighting in the bathroom. Location was absolutely perfect for us, 10 minute walk to multiple metro stations, very close to main shopping streets and 2 minutes from the Vatican, amazing restaurants and gelato shops, 10/10 for location. Although it is a bit further from the tourist attractions (it’s right next to Vatican City though!), it’s much more authentic and all attractions are less than 20 minutes away on the metro and very easy to get to! I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when visiting Rome!

Cons: WiFi could definitely be better as it was difficult to contact home/internet, but wasn’t awful as there is phone service and we were out most of the time. The shower was a bit cramped and the temperature wasn’t super consistant. We couldn’t find the control for the air conditioning which meant the room was very warm, even in March! I think it would be very uncomfortably warm in the summer seasons. Also a bit disappointed to have to pay 50 cent for a coffee, but we tended to go to local coffee shops instead and pay a bit extra for better coffees.

I would definitely recommend a stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Fast WiFi. Staff responded quickly to any questions. Quite and restful whilst still being in a good location

Cons: Thin walls, could hear other rooms but thankfully located in a quiet neighbourhood so noise was never an issue
