Recommended to stay here

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and spacious, the host was super friendly and helpful. It’s in front of the tram and a few cute restaurants.

Cons: The only little thing was the laundry machine wasn’t working, but our host Marco recommended a laundry mat near by It’s a bit far form the main attractions

Wonderfully comfortable, clean and spacious

Pros: I liked everything, it was a wonderful place to stay. Maybe a little pricey for one person but for a couple or small family you couldn't get better for the money.

Cons: Everything was great

Loved the coffee from the local bars

Pros: Location of property was perfect for visiting the main attractions and clothing stores,bus and tram right in front of your door making it easy. Great coffee bars and eateries , supermarkets as well,Apartment was great size for a family of 5

An Alternative Distant Option

Pros: Marco was quick to answer all our questions and greeted us upon our arrival ( so far has not been the case ) and using Whatsapp which was our experience everywhere. The apartment building was being renovated outside but didnt impact our stay. Provided some welcome goodies and spent quite abit of time explaining the appliances and things we needed to know for a comfortable stay. Appreciated having washer but clothes took 2 days to air dry because of the suite being basement level and humid. Liked having the bus stop and bus number 910 that took us directly to train station and main sites including Hop On Hop Off stops. Liked having a grocery option just 2 blocks away and a great corner casual dining option. Marco was wonderful setting up our cab back to the airport and we appreciated the kindness of Roberto the cab driver. Across the rivers bridge, a couple blocks over had many more options for dining or bakery/coffee and bar options.

Cons: The area being located across from a bus loop seemed to attract a few drunks and questionable peeps in the evenings bringing about broken glass , urinating in the streets and general late night noise. Not the fault of the apartment but if I was traveling on my own, would not have me feeling safe. :( The basement location had alot of mold in the walls which affected our breathing (allergy to molds). We were not aware of this issue when booking.

Beautiful apartment in Rome

Pros: The house is very clean and just as in picture. The location is very good and easy to access by bus or Taxi. The host Marco was very supportive. We missed the flight and due to delays we had to arrive very late at Rome. Marco was very supportive and responsive to us and provided us the keys even when we checked in late. THe house was very good and cosy. We would love to come back!

Pros: The location was idea to attend soccer and tennis matches. Right on the lmain bus and terminus. The apartment was quite and very secure. It had all the basic facilities, including tea, coffee, condiments etc. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Marcia’s recommendations for activities in the area, especially the restaurants were exceptional. Excellent fresh market within walking distance.

Cons: The apartment is not obvious from the street and is in an internal courtyard in a beautiful old building.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. Location was very convenient.

Pros: Fantastic Communication all the way through from initial booking to last day. Lots of info given & left at the property & felt like IF we'd needed to contact Marco about anything it wouldn't have been a problem. Location fantastic - for both Stadio Olympica & Rome Central with plenty of eateries & supermarkets in the immediate area. 100% Recommend Osteria Mama Mia - we went twice!! & Osprey Pub.

Cons: Minor but the fixed head shower didn't work - had to use the hand held shower head but both heat & pressure good. note...we never reported this at the time because it didn't impact on the whole but forgot to mention at checkout..

Excellent location, plenty of space for three

Pros: Nice apartment in the basement. We liked the pop art a lot. It was very handy to have two bathrooms. We love Flaminio, and location of the apartment next to the tram and bus station was just the best.

Cons: The apartment is quite dark. Now there was construction in the building, behind our windows (so that we couldn't open the curtains) and that woke us up very early.

Pros: It's the perfect place for a couple of days in town. Totally equiped and has a great location. The host was very nice.
