Excellent location and easy communication with owner. Lovely, well appointed appartment.

Pros: The location was great. 2 minute walk to Piazza Farnese, 4 minute walk to Campo de Fiori. Communication with the owner was very good via Whatsapp. Easy to collect the keys independently. He also allowed us to check in early seeing as the appartment had already been cleaned.

Pros: Todo bueno, el edificio antiguo, pero tranquilo, la ubicación muy buena en medio de todo, tiendas de todo tipo cercena incluyendo un Carrefour express, muy cerca de Trastevere y hay un restaurante de pastas al lado buenisimo

Fantastic stay and extremely hospitable host!

Pros: The location of this apartment was fantastic. Easy walk to lots of sites, shopping and great food in Campo di Fiori, and delicious gelato at Gelato Capri.

Cons: It is a loud area but after a night or 2, we adjusted. We kind of liked the neighborhood feel with kids and neighbors. The quality of the apartment and location more than make up for a little noise.

Super séjour à Rome dans un appartement hyper bien situé et propre avec des hôtes bienveillants et reactifs.

Pros: La localisation de cette appartement est formidable ! Centrale Les hôtes sont aussi bienveillants et très réactifs

Cons: L’appartement est un peu sombre. Quelques travaux d’électricité seraient les bienvenus. De plus, nous n’avions pas anticipé les escaliers etroit en colimaçon ni les sous pentes (pas idéal pour les personnes de grandes tailles). Nous avons également eu un peu froid au début (chauffage lent à démarrer) L’appartement restent cependant globalement plutôt pas mal et la bienveillance des hôtes et leur réactivité a tout fait oublié !

Die Wohnung ist wegen der Wendeltreppe eher für jüngere Personen geeignet.

Pros: Zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Rom in der Nähe vom Blumenmarkt, Tiber und über Brücke zum Stadtteil Trastevere. Ausreichend Platz und separate Schlafzimmer für 4 Senioren (2 auf der Zwischenebene mit Bad, 2 auf der Eingangsebene mit Bad unter Aktivierung der Wohnzimmercouch). Problemloses Einchecken mittels Schlüsselkasten. Sehr saubere Wohnung.

Cons: Die extrem schmale Wendeltreppe zur Zwischenebene ist für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen eine wahre Zumutung! Die beiden Bäder sind winzig, es fehlen Halter zum Aufhängen und Trocknen der Handtücher, die kleinen Seifenfläschchen und das Toilettenpapier reichen für 7 Tage kaum aus. Die Küche ist sehr klein und bietet zu wenig Arbeitsflächen. Nur ein einziges Weinglas! Insgesamt eine sehr einfache, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Jeden Tag entsteht ab ca. 6 Uhr morgens vor dem Haus Lärm, wenn Händler des Blumenmarktes ihre Lager im Erdgeschoss öffnen und ihre Handkarren mit Waren beladen. Ebenso lärmen Schüler einer benachbarten Schule.
