Lovely!

Pros: Everything was lovely! The room is very comfortable, a lot of space, security? the shower is good and there is elevator! The location is perfect, 10 min of Roma termini, so we could take the metro very easily. Silvio and Francesca are very welcoming, warm and helpful!

Great location showcasing what Rome has to offer!!

Pros: Great location, we could walk, get the bus or train to anywhere with ease. Clean and comfortable facilities, with a well equipped kitchen, and a bonus of a supermarket at the end of the street. There was also plenty of restaurants nearby serving delicious local food, and all reasonably priced. The communication with the host was easy and we defin recommend a stay here. Thanks Silvio 😄

Very comfortable room and good location.

Pros: Room is excellent, super comfortable. Location is very strategic, close to the train station, metro station and bus stops.

Great place for a short stay

Pros: The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and cafes and but a 15-20 minute walk from major sights in Rome

Cons: The check in process was regrettably stressful- the location in Booking puts the wrong address in Google Maps (4 rather than 50), and we had to call the property owner to get into the apartment at all - no check in instructions were sent. But worth mentioning it’s easy to contact the staff.

Conforto, praticidade e delicadeza na decoração

Pros: Muito boa a localização Perto de duas linhas de metrô A área comum eh muito funcional tem de tudo, microondas, geladeira, cafeteira. O quarto muito confortável e bem decorado. Em especial a cordialidade do responsável que me recebeu muito bem e me enviou dicas sobre lugares e passeios. E todas as dúvidas que tive me ajudou prontamente.

Pros: Es una habitación muy amplia. Además, teníamos una cocina completa en una zona común, con nevera, inducción, lavadora y lavavajillas. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma. El baño está muy bien. Solo tened en cuenta que en booking no te cobran ni la tasa (nosotros llegamos 60 euros por 5 noches) ni la ropa de cama que son 15 euros por huésped. Además, Silvio fue súper amable con nosotros. Sin problema para acceder al apartamento, te reciben ellos mismos y te lo explican todo. En la zona hay buenos sitios para el desayuno, pero los tienes que buscar, ya que algunos son muy turísticos y pagas muy caro. Pero si te das una vuelta, encuentras sitios dónde desayunar, comer o cenar a muy buen precio y nada turístico. 100% recomendable. Volveremos seguro.

Cons: Solo tened en cuenta que por la noche la zona es oscura, aunque no insegura. Es una zona de dependencias de Embajadas, bancos, oficinas.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, alles sauber und eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Zimmertüren können separat geschlossen werden, die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und die Gastgeber haben sich sehr gekümmert, Tips gegeben und sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ich hab mich super wohl gefühlt und hatte auch als Alleinreisende ein gutes Gefühl in dem Stadtteil. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man tatsächlich so gut wie nichts mehr und auch im Haus war es sehr ruhig.

Accesible and near many bus routes

Pros: Apartment room, comfortable and accesible to many bus routes and metro stations and near main Roma Termini. Apartment with elevator!

Fijne en gezellige kamer met vriendelijke behulpzame host

Pros: Fijne leuk ingerichte kamer met badkamer. Voelden ons meteen thuis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.

Cons: Loopafstand tot het centrum is te doen maar wij vonden het te ver om tussendoor even terug te gaan.
