Pros: Very nice location. Spacious rooms and conf comfortable. Whilst the style is old it is in keeping with the area and functional. The communication and the Welcome were excellent. Superb breakfast in the Room or on the terrace.

Pros: The place is super charming and Marco is a great host. We had a lovely and spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and served on a beautiful terrace.

Pros: My room was clean, quiet and cosy. The hosts were really accommodating and provided tips to exploring the city. The breakfast every morning was also a nice start to the day. The location was great. Even though I walked everywhere with only a 20 min walk roughly to the main city centre, the main terminal station was also close by..

Cons: Nothing really to fault, for the price it was good value for money.

Solo Stay 27th- 30th Sepember 2025

Pros: Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. It's a short walk to the metro station, which is easy to use Livy was a super host. I would have stayed longer if I could have. She took the time to give me a map of the area and went through it in great detail, which I really appreciated. I stayed in a single room, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom witj a good shower. The WiFi was strong and there was a TV in the bedroom. Socket beside the bed for phone charging. Breakfast was beautifully served in the garden area with fresh fruit, a pastry, and tea of coffee. It gave guests a chance to meet each other too. Which I really liked.. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location, room was very large and breakfast was lovely

Pros: We felt very safe and the room was huge. Wonderful to have two big windows in the room and a table and chairs if we wanted to eat inside. The outdoor area where we had breakfast each morning was lovely. The excellent breakfast was coffee, juice, sweet pastry, savoury pastry and fresh fruit.

Pros: The guest house is in a very central location next to termini train station. The staff were very helpful and communicated before check in to ensure everything was easy to navigate, we dropped our bags off no problem and could have left them after check out but didn't need to. The bed is very comfortable, the house very clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was outstanding and enough food to last us all day

Pros: Very homely, quirky, quaint spot in the quieter northern part of Rome. Beautiful vibes kitchen and patio.

Great location and amazing host

Pros: Amazing location and even more incredible host. The apartment was super cozy and very comfortable. It had a old classic look with a modern twist. Delicious breakfast in the morning was served on a very cute terrace. Busy street outside, but the apartment has airconditioning.
