Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros: Great location. Extremely clean. Staff were always quick to get in touch.

Cons: The power went out but was turned on a short while later. Shower was small.

Pros: 500 meters to the central station. 25 mins walk to city center. Good price quality ratio. Easy accessible with instructions for check in and out.

Wonderful stay, great location

Pros: Great quiet location with lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. An easy walk to the main sites or public transport options to get you to all the famous places. Staff were very receptive to messages and check in process was easy. The building and room had multiple layers of security and the area felt safe even late at night. Great stay.

Cons: The shower was probably the only not great aspect, a new shower head could make the world of difference. Didn't take away from us loving the stay..

Pros: Simple and clean room just right for an overnight stay. It would have been nice to have some disposable tableware.

Property in a good location

Pros: Received clear instructions through WhatsApp on how to access the building/room and other useful info like the wifi password. It's only a 10/15 min walk to Roma Termini and there are other bus stops close by as well depending on where you're going. There was a slight issue when we paid the tourist tax and didn't get any change, but it was resolved and we received the change on the day of check out

Cons: The lift in the building is really small, the shower in the room is quite small as well

Pros: The price was nice compared to other properties. My husband liked bed mattresses quality.

Cons: No hot water to drink.

Pros: I loved the location, how nice the staff was over the phone and that they cleaned the room everyday.

Cons: The shared kitchen, on the last day somebody stole everything that was there not just our food or paper plates but also the residences pots and pans.

Great price, great location, great host

Pros: Stayed here as Rome was busy and we couldn’t find a reasonable priced room. I wanted to stay in the centre and this came up and I booked it. Great location and a 9min walk from Roma Termini. 25 min walk from Colosseum, Trevi Fountains and Pantheon. 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station Republica. There is a 24/7 Mini Market 2 min walk away, lots of street parking. Room has a TV and you have your own toilet, bathroom in the room but you have a small shared kitchen. I only used the fridge to keep my water cool. Fabio the host is a great person to deal with and he liaised with me via whatapp, providing clear and concise instructions on how to get into the flat. All directions were perfect! Even though this place states ‘permanently closed’ on Google, I can assure you that it is open.

Cons: I’m a tall guy so the shower was a squeeze for me and the water pressure wasn’t great. Bearable but needs more pressure. They provide a thin sheet as a towel, which I made do with but if you want a towel, then take one with you.

Pros: Good location, near train station and bus stops and some local shops. 8 mins walk from Republica train station 11 mins walk from Termini train station

Cons: The breakfast is a croissant and a coffee from opposite the residence, but the cafe has sandwich options for a decent price.
