Great place for a stay in Rome

Pros: Nice Room in good and quite central location, very friendly hosts and the room got cleaned aswell. We can only recommend this place!

Very clean, small but comfortable rooms

Pros: The rooms and towels were clean. The staff was very informative and helpful.

Cons: It is within walking distance to the center, but you will have to climb up hilly roads on your way back to the hotel from the center.

Excellent location

Pros: Location is nice, can walk mostly anywhere, and bus station is in front. Quiet as well, aircon and wifi are good and they give you croissant and biscuits every morning. There is a common dining/kitchen area as well where you can store your food in the fridge, microwave or prepare coffee/tea. Laundry nearby. You can store luggage after checkout.

Cons: Just that shower sometimes takes time to heat, and towels are not replaced sometimes when needed.

Excellent

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Termini station and the city center. You can reach the Trevi Fountain on foot in about 25 minutes, and everything is very well connected by metro and buses. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with daily cleaning that made our stay even more comfortable – everything was neatly arranged. The breakfast area is very nice and pleasant. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to give useful advice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Pros: Property was clean and comfortable. It was very close and well connected to the city centre through public transport or even walking. We were also surprised by daily room cleaning service and the provided snacks

Pros: The location is very good. The employees are friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. We liked it very much. We can come again :)

Pros: Really central, very good support from the staff, very clean. They were giving biscuits and pastries as courtesy.

Cons: It is an old building so the facilities are not the best, the toilet was making noises the whole night.
