I liked the breakfast and the building where my accommodation was located.

Pros: I liked the room’s interior design and simplicity.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: The staff was great, doesn't matter with whom you have been in contact. The hotel itself is sweet. The location is not the closest to the city center but right in front of the hotel there is a bus station that brings you near to almost every sightseeing spot.

Cons: The room was a bit dark, even with daylight and the lights on.

I would keep this place a secret so I can always book it for myself

Great stay!

Pros: Everything was perfect, this was my 4th stay in Rome, and Deseo is the best. Rooms are clean and comfy, you have everything you need. Staff is amazing, we asked for more coffee patrons in the room because we drink a lot of coffee and they were happy to bring us as much as we want. Also at breakfast you can have filter but they always ask you if you want cappuccino or what ever from the kitchen/bar. That was awesome. Everyone was so helpful and polite. If you need some booking they will do it for you. We could leave our suitcases at reception for the last day. Just one great experience!

Cons: The only thing, and I don’t have problem with that, are thin walls, but it’s like that everywhere I went in Rome, so just for one night we heard noise but that didn’t bugged us :)

A lovely guest house with fantastic breakfast that should not be missed!

Pros: Loved Demo House with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The housekeeping was spotless and came in daily which did feel for a 3 night stay a little unnecessary but all good. The staff without exception were fantastic from the checking in at the front desk to the breakfast staff. The breakfast is a reason enough to return to this property that I and my partner enjoyed thoroughly and we both looked forward to go to every morning. Definitely value for money as it was in included in the room rate. Hence many thanks to all the staff that were fantastic

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Deseo Homes is near the Porta Pia. It is about a 20 min to 30 minute leisurely walk to sights like the Trevi Fountain or central Rome so it is very well located It is on a quiet street, but nearby are plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good served from 7.30 to 10 am. You could eat enough to fill you forest of the day Check in is easy The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall a great place to stay

Pros: The accommodation was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
